The Right Amount of Flexible and Strong
I have an enormous phone case on a rather large phone. If the phone is mostly centered in the clamp, this phone holder works pretty well. If the phone is too far off-center (ie, to avoid pushing the power or volume buttons), there is not enough tension to prevent rotation. For most phones, this will not be an issue, but I just counterbalance the rotation tendency with the charging cable so it’s fine for my s21 ultra with unicorn beetle pen case on it.The clamp works fine and is reasonably solid. I’ve broken other clamps on similar phone holders, so this one is slightly more sturdy than average. I use it on an end table that doesn’t give a lot of edge for the clamp to attach to, and it works pretty good even with that limitation. I do need to loosen and readjust once every few days.The gooseneck is easy enough to move but sturdy enough to stay stationary, as long as you don’t bump it. It’s about the right balance of strength and flexibility for a cell phone. I especially like how the clamp for the phone works — it’s easy to use, reliable, and works without any fiddling. There is a rubber lining that stabilizes and centers the phone, and it works great. I also use it on camp chair arms to hold my music on my phone when playing guitar or uke, and it works great for that too. At this very reasonable price, this is a five-star item.

This stand is strongest, best stand ive ever purchased & ive gotten 3 or 4 from amazon. Its real stiff & difficult to adjust but it doesnt vibrate, loosen, or come unscrewed from the bedframe or phone. Im so glad i finally got a strong phone holder i can attach to the bed to read.

BROKEN AFTER 6 MONTHS (UPDATE: THEY GOT ME A FREE REPLACEMENTð)
UPDATE:So, I changed from 1 star to 5 stars because after I dropped the review below, the customer service from Lamicall emailed me the next day and offered me a replacement for free. After waiting several days, the replacement arrived. I tried it and itâs very good. Very sturdy. Hopefully it will last longer. Now I have two of these devices, one on my kitchen counter and the other one on my working desk. Both of them, I do not use it as often when I have one on the bedside table. So, I guess if you donât use it too often, bending the neck and pulling the head too often, they should be fine. After all, no product is perfect.OLD REVIEW:I like it so much until yesterday it suddenly broke and caused my phone to fall from 4 feet!! I put this on my kitchen countertop. Before, it was on my working desk. Long story short, I bought this on June 2020 and itâs no longer useful on the end of December 2020. Not even last a year!!! So overpriced for a product not even last a year!!Itâs actually sturdy and stable enough. However, if you have iPhone 11 or similar phone with such weight, your phone will bounce if you put them on this gooseneck and touch your phone. Unless you keep your phone from bouncing.So, as seen in the picture, one of the lips is broken after 6 months!! Actually the gooseneck is no longer attached. I mean the white plastic neck to the longer neck. The glue or whatever keeps them attached are NOT VERY STRONG. It caused my phone and the upper neck of this device to knock me on my face when I was pulling them closer to my view while reading on my bed.Sorry, my first rating was 5 because it was such great. Now itâs dropped to 1 because all these complications.My suggestion:You can buy it but treat it very gentle as if itâs a fragile thing, if you want this last probably a year. But if you use it often and daily with regular strength, this device is not as versatile as it looks. Too expensive for something that is broken after 6 months. After 1 year of daily use…
I bought this just short of a year ago. I have used it daily the entire time. And I do mean literally daily. I only use my phone to watch things on, so every day I’m bending this thing around all over the place. Alas, it did break today (at the base of the bendable portion). But let that be a testament to the durability of this thing. It lasted a year of multiple daily bends. And it performed so well during that time that I immediately came back to order another one. Absolutely worth the $20 pricetag. Especially considering others last a matter of months instead of a full year

OK so I am a frequent watcher of movies on my cell phone and I was getting annoyed of constantly holding it by myself and hurting my neck and my hands so I bought this product and it was so easy to put together an attached to any surface well.The grip is very strong and can increase to any size phone with or without a case.I literally tell all my family members how much I love my gooseneck and I use it every night or when Iâm getting ready to hold my phone and play music.As you can see in the picture I also use it to hold my scrunchies. I have even bought a few for my family and friendsI will say for cons this was my second purchase of a gooseneck my first one was very faulty and cracked after trying to tighten the grip but I heard that that was a problem with a lot of the older models and I probably was unlucky with my first purchase but my second one I have had for almost a year plus and has been going strong. Also the silicone or plastic part has gotten a little bit dirty and it was kind of hard to remove makeup stains but other than that itâs perfect.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this phone holder, I have been through many of these phone holders and all of them have sagged over time. This one is very sturdy. With all the conference calls Iâm on these days I like that this allows me to set my phone at eye level. I typically use my phone rather than my computer for most of my conference calls. This stand is actually sturdy enough that I can touch the phone and login as necessary without worrying about the stand moving or collapsing as has happened with stands Iâve tried in the past. If youâre like me and youâve tried many of these, the rigidity is new and does require a bit of muscle. This is a perfect phone if you plan on setting it and leaving it in that position most of the time, or you only occasionally have to change the position. If you are constantly moving your phone up down and around this may not be the stand for you. I also love the way the connection to whatever surface you are putting it on is very adaptable. This was really well designed. The clamp is a rubberized so it is safe for use in fine furniture or glass and can adjust to anything from 0â-4â. Same with the clamp that holds your phone, I have no issues using this on my expensive phone, with or without a case on it.

Have been looking for something to hold my phone so I can prevent looking down so much and hurting my neck. This has been great so far! You can clamp it pretty much anywhere. I clamped it on my couch where I hang out a lot. Now I can keep my neck more straight and watch my shows more comfortably. It holds my samsung S10 very well. I can also type on Google or go on Facebook easily as well. I got the rose gold one and I love it! Best purchase I’ve made.

Initially, I was skeptical about this gooseneck phone holder because of the reviews indicating the arm was “too stiff” or hard to move or that the clamp was not “big enough” but I took a chance and placed the order. I really liked how cool looking it looked and it was white. When I got the item I immediately tested it out and after a day or 2 of having it, I thought back to the reviews I read and thought.. WTF WERE THEY TALKING ABOUT!!I LOVE THIS PHONE HOLDER, IT has been a key element in my studio, seen in the pictures It’s great for taking pictures and videos, and just being able to place it anywhere is awesome.
