Received laptop and it wouldnât turn on
The laptop shipped in excellent condition on the exterior, however it not turn on. Returned the item the same day and the seller offered no help at all.

Keyboard not functioning correctly
Beautiful laptop! But the 5, T, G on the keyboard are not working. Debating if I should return it. But the return time on top of the time spent to get the new one makes it a difficult decision. I have my business and my college work in here already. Just writing the review to be honest. Also, the charger wasnât big enough(watt wise) kept getting extremely hot. Had to order a bigger one. I mean, $690 for a $3800 laptop⦠kind of knew it was too good to be true. But, might take it to a shop to have the keyboard fixed. Internet says $150-$200⦠ehh. The MacBook itself is EXTREMELY elegant. MacBook gets 5 stars. Seller gets 2(just to be clear).Thatâs what makes my decision so hard lol. Anyways, hope this helps the next buyer. Toodles

You Know What They Say About An Apple A Day.
Tired of problems with Windows so thought I would go back to Mac. It got some getting use to at first and now I hardly turn on my Windows PC. I didn’t need to get a new Lap Top and this one is just right for me. Lots of RAM, 32 GB, and more memory, 1 TB, than I will use for a great price.

The machine I received wasn’t the spec advertised. The writeup didn’t change as I clicked through the buying options. It says 32GB of RAM and 1TB drive. I received a machine with 64GB of RAM and a 500GB drive. The world won’t end. I do like the upgraded RAM and I can live with the drive size. Just saying send what is advertised.

I am pleased as punch with this Macbook! If I didn’t know better, I wouldn’t have guessed it to be a refurb. Cosmetically it’s perfect, operationally it’s perfect, it’s the first time that something that sounded too good to be true was actually true.I had one small problem (well, big problem for me), and that was that the charger failed. I went back to the seller, and much to my most pleasant surprise, they took care of me and got me going again.This is a stand-up seller from whom I would buy again with confidence. Highly recommended.

Horrible experience this computer they said excellent condition not so horrible computer would boot but shoes pixelation cracks sad I tried, and NOT in excellent condition a bad purchase and I was excited to receive it and sad to have to send back
