Very cool for what it is!
I gave this a qualified 5 stars. I’ve only had it a week or so. Its chrome browser syncs to my PC perfectly. I set a bookmark to my outlook.com account and it also syncs to the “new” outlook on my PC. Youtube searches are also synced. I got it because my 17″ win 10 notebook PC doesn’t fit on my desk between the monitor and printer. The 15.5-ish screen Chromebook fits perfectly between them. Could you use it to work on M$ office projects? Maybe, I don’t know. Very happy with the purchase. I can check my email and surf the web on the couch when I want to.

Good Chromebook. Reasonable price.
I use this product for writing. It is lightweight and has great battery life. I hardly charge it despite daily use. The screen quality is reasonable. This is a Chromebook, not designed for running games. Not touch screen.

Inexpensive Refurb Chromebook That is Plenty Good Enough for Everything You Do In A Browser
There’s really nothing to dislike about this chromebook and plenty to like. The keyboard feel is plenty good enough for serious work. The screen is just good enough for movie viewing. It boots very quickly thanks to the N4000 CPU and the 4BG of RAM is sufficient for everything I’ve used it for, including some Google Sheets work. The 32GB microSD chip they include to sweeten the deal is a nicety. I filled mine with music. Speaking of music, I use Bose bluetooth phones to listen to music using this chromebook and it works well. But, the rear-firing speakers are not up to the quality of the rest of the machine. If you *must* rely on those speakers, then you should look at an HP with the B&O front-firing speakers. Otherwise, I am completely happy with my purchase.

I like this laptop and enjoyed it while it last. However I had to be reimbursed after my son broke my screen. Don’t know why it couldn’t be fixed but I’m not complaining. But I’ll recommend it to anyone.
