Great Chromebook
This is my second Chromebook. First one still working great but I had broke the hinge when I had dropped it one time on a trip. It’s not a PC but it does most things quite well including plugging into printer and having it work right off the get-go. Ps I brought the returned one for$130 what a deal.

Nice Chromebook!
This is my 3rd CB purchase over the years, and I like It very much. It is fast and works great! Would purchase again if in need of another CB. TS

Do not buy this.
I have had this laptop for less than 6 months and now I have just a white screen. I will deal with Lenovoâs warranty system but I see a MAC in my future. I have had several chromebooks from different manufacturers and they have been getting progressively worse. I donât know what the problem is but they are no longer worth the money.

Don’t pay for the extra SD card
Ordered two of these laptops with the extra 128GB SD card for my kids. The laptops themselves are new and in good working order. However, only one came with the promised stylus and SD card. Paid $10 extra for the SD card which sells separately on Amazon for $10. Would have been better to just order an SD separately and choose a good one. The stylus is so cheap there’s no big loss there. You can buy 22 of them for $7 on Amazon. The SD card and stylus came taped to the outside of the laptop box, and on the other box I could see where something had been taped but was missing. I contacted Amazon right away but they require the whole laptop to be returned. I don’t really want to deal with the return and the additional wait time. My kids need these for studying now.

I love this Chromebook!
I have been so happy with Lenovo Chromebooks that this is my third. The other two lasted for a long time and worked well until I spilled coffee on one keyboard and water on the other. OOPS! I hope I don’t do something stupid like that on this new one because it is particularly good. I have used the other popular ones and I think Lenovo makes the best quality. I highly recommend!

Good replacement for my wife’s Acer
Bought this for my wife to replace her 14″ Acer cb 314 that was a little less than a year old. The Acer problems only got worse and when it started the black screen I could tell it was time to move on to something else. this 14″ Lenovo Chromebook is doing quite well. BTW: I have a 5 year old Acer 715 Chromebook that seems to be doing just as good as the day I bought it (except the C connection wiggles a bit) and my next one will likely be an Acer as well.
