Birthday gift for my son.
I bought this gaming pc for my son that just turned 12. He is into gaming and his original pc just didn’t have the graphics. He has been playing on this PC for a month now and has not had any problems. It was super easy to set up and looks great with all the color changes that the controller can change. I did update our wifi to a faster one to help. But I’m not sure if that has made a difference. All I know is he loves it and plays his STEAM games on
there all the time. Hope this helps.

Cheap gaming PC.
Cheap PC for getting into PC gaming. Doesn’t have the best graphics card/processor/ram etc.. but it’s a good entry level PC.

Amazing customer service!
After receiving this computer and powering it up I noticed some pretty loud clicking. It’s renewed and everything was running smooth so hoped it wasn’t an issue. After about 2 weeks things stopped loading correctly and I contacted Amazon they were no help at all and the troubleshooting things they asked could have literally destroyed the computer so the refered me to shytech. They immediately offered a really solution to the problem and are replacing the hard drive! I will absolutely be buying from skytech again!

Not As Advertised! Misleading!
Cons:
1) missing the WiFi adapter
2) no Bluetooth 5.0 adapter! Its 4.0
3) it heats up fast!
4) poor quality mouse! The dpi of the mouse is very low! Basically the mouse is not as sensitive as a gaming mouse should be! The wire is so thin and used that its not good for even usung it for anything.
5) sound system of the case is so bad you almost hear noises rather than game music
6) asked for the missing stuff and they promised to send but never sent not did they reply to my messages.
Pros:
1) its backed up by amazon so you can get your money back
2) its cheap
3) has lights on the case and the keyboard
4) comes in a secured package with bubbles and wraps.

Great value for the money
I got the computer to play games on, and it has been great for that, my only problem is that the led lights shown in the photo apparently didn’t get put on my computer. Cosmetic issue, doesn’t affect the use at all. But was kind of disappointed about it.

Computer great, accessories not so much
Computer came with mouse and keyboard. The mouse wouldn’t work. Support said they would replace or offer money off. Never did send the money off offer.

Really fast Machine
Im at work right now so I cant submit a photo. But it looks exactly like it does on the profile. Theres 2tb also like they said. The 16gb Ram also gives leeway to do multiple things like Gaming. I play Overwatch, GTAV and Battlefield 1, and I dont really have any problems. It comes with a LED Remote to change colors and also a Mouse which is also LED Mousepad, Keyboard which also lights up.
I really like this desktop, you can also upgrade, I have GTX 1060 3gb that can improve already stable gameplay.
10/10 would buy again.

Good Remanufactired PC
Good PC has been working fine and my son has been gaming on it with no problems. The Wifi adapter works so good we don’t have to connect it to a wired LAN connection. Don’t know how long it will last being remanufactured but a simular PC build out new components is around a few hundred more that this PC but of course would be more work.
