Worked right out of the box. Nice display, good keyboard feel
Bought this to replace my wife’s 5 year old HP laptop that suddenly died. Obviously in 5 years there have been many improvements, better graphics, Wi-Fi 6, SSD drive, and more. This Lenovo offered the best bang for the buck.Right out of the box it powered up, asked the basic questions and was ready to use in less than 2 hours. Laptop has been in use daily for last 5 days and has had no issues. I will say Win11 takes a little getting used to and configuring to make it more user friendly but that is no fault of this laptop.Delivery was very quick, had the laptop within 2 days of ordering.

Lenovo Ideapad 3
My wife wanted a new laptop to replace your HP that has grown to be slow. So far, this Lenovo Ideapad 3 is functioning without problems and the load times are much faster. I believe the Ideapad 3 has been discontinued and replaced with the Ideapad 5, the specs are basically the same but the Ideapad 5 is no longer available in the 17.3″ screen. My wife wanted the larger screen as the computer is mostly used at home. The computer was upgraded as listed and shipping was fast. My only disappointment is the computer that is shown has a backlit keyboard which is what she wanted, and the one I received does not have a backlit keyboard, I removed one star because of this.

Best Laptop for the money
I purchased this laptop actually for work as well as for personal. It has been a long time since I’ve had to use an actual computer meaning Windows which I’m not familiar with the hat lol. I’ve always owned Acers.Although my son came across this and said that they do make a great laptop for the money this had features that others did not have and it was much cheaper fingerprint reader included which is nice.Nice big 17-in screen. Now all I need to do is learn how to operate it. But if this laptop is still out there it was the best buy that I could find. We have used it a few times it is quick to load up. Updates download really quickly browsers are quick.I had purchased a brand new laptop from the Microsoft Store with an i3 core and from the day I got it waiting for browsers to open. It was terrible. This laptop here was quite a bit less money. Highly recommend.

It might have been refurbished, and I was very nervous about it at first, but so far it is handling everything just fine. Easy to use, I take it everywhere with me, I do remote work from it it. Has proved to be a fantastic purchase.

The processing speed of this laptop is not up to 2.8 GHz but rather 1.1 GHz. After returning the laptop the seller will charge you a restocking fee. Why restock fee after lying to us on the website that the processer speed is up to 2.8?
