Lenovo is a great pc
We buy only Lenovo computers. They are the easiest to use and the programs are great. I have an old Lenovo think pad, that I used in business. It has served me well. The new one is much lighter in weight and has a better plug than the old.

Really good computer!
Really good and exactly what I needed for college. It is perfect since I had a chomebook previously ð and this one is WAY BETTER. I did take it off S mode and itâs perfect:) I recommend and is also on a budget. I do all of my class work and also run games and drawing programs. Itâs better than I thought.

Definitely worth the money!!
I was so undecided as well as nervous picking out a new computer. I didn’t know where to start. Went to some stores, fiddled with some on display and got a feel for size, keyboard performance, speeds, layout, and whatnot. Then came to how much and what each ram and gig storage was. Googled reviews on some I narrowed down to 3 and compared everything to prices. This computer was at my price point and provided the necessary amount of everything I needed for school and work. The battery life is amazing…but it’s also still new, it immediately loads and connects, Internet browsing is seamless, it’s light weight and easy to carry around. The screen size isn’t too big or too small, watching movies and videos with no issues. I love this computer and am so glad I purchased it. Well worth the money! The only two issues I would change but not anything I’d send back and cry about are the volume is a bit low and the charging connection. I’m not a fan of the tiny little connector as my clumsy a$$ would probably bend it and ruin it. But otherwise now I’m just super vigilant to it and have adapted to being more cautious around it.

Broken hinge turned a decent laptop into useless junk
The right hinge on our Lenovo started pulling up on the casing, which in a matter of weeks led to the screen breaking completely. All of this was bad, but since it happened after we’d only had it for six months, we should still be good, right? The Lenovo manufacture warranty covers hardware failure and defects during the first year, so surely this would count? After more than an hour on the phone with Lenovo tech support, unfortunately, the answer was essentially, “nah, we’re good, take care of it yourself.” Why, you might ask, would a manufacturer warranty not cover an issue with the hinge of the laptop destroying the laptop, after only extremely light use? The guy on the phone told me, “Hardware doesn’t count the outside of the laptop. We mean hardware like the motherboard. Only the INSIDE of the laptop is covered.”So, buyer beware. Personally I’ll never buy another Lenovo product again. And I’ll certainly never waste any time thinking their manufactures warranty is worth a damn.

Great replacement for my previous laptop
My HP Pavilion laptop from 2019 was to the end of its capacity in terms of RAM and SSD space. This Lenovo is very similar to the HP except it is faster and has upgraded storage space (more RAM and bigger SSD). Plus, it has the touch screen the HP was missing. Moving in has been easy. Bloatware is minimal. The keyboard layout is almost exactly the same. My basic requirements revolve around spreadsheet use, financial software, and Internet browsing. A numeric keypad is a must plus enough memory to keep a dozen or more browser tabs open. An unexpected bonus is the antiglare screen and light weight. Several reviewers mentioned that this device is initially limited to apps available at the Microsoft store. That was the case, but was easily remedied. It is exactly the laptop I was looking for.

PRetty-pretty-pretty good…One big flaw
11.024…I am an email, platform / charting user. big improvment from my 5 yr old HPlike: quick start up (dump edge and bing and it will be better)…key spacing good for my stumpy fingers…touch screen good… overall performance works for medislike: POOR BATTERY LIFE -4+ hrs continuous use, set to optimize performance…needs a newer mag-set power plug (the 3.5mm’s stick out and are a hazard).. 256 memory is minimal (I knew this going in) and I find the SD slot card protrudes to far out.recommend you look for a similar deal but with a better battery, more memory or a better slot.

After a two months of using, there’s a line that suddenly occur on the screen of my camera, called the customer service but no help since the warranty has expired. Good thing I called Lenovo and they were able to repair my laptop within a month though.
