I’ve had this laptop for a couple months now and game on it for a few hours on my days off each day. Mostly MMO but I maintain about an average of 150 fps in heavy situations (PvP and PVE raids) and 330 when there’s nothing going on (PVE). I keep my settings at mid to high range graphic wise, no ultra.It’s never crashed on me, it gets warm on the keyboard but that’s to be expected, and it has excelled at everything a semi-moderate gamer like me has put it through.

Returned a defective item, and they charged a $552.29 restocking fee!
The laptop arrived with a flickering screen which got worse over a few days, so we returned it. They charged us a $552.29 restocking fee even after I had called them ahead of time, and the gentleman who answered said that a restocking fee would not be charged. However, it was charged. I contacted them again to explain all of the above, and they wrote “Hello, The laptop is locked and used. We have attached the return inspection. Best”. Obviously, we were not able to access the screen to unlock/reset the computer before sending (which I had explained prior to the refund). I contacted them again. I am very frustrated. We were willing to replace with an identical item from the same seller. But now??? Still waiting to hear back…Edit (6/21/2024): Still did not hear anything back from the seller after 48 hours. Contacted Amazon, and Amazon was helpful with issuing their own refund. I will never buy a product from this seller again.Edit (6/21/2024): Finally heard from seller, but all that they wrote was: “We have attahced the inspsction photos (sic). The return laptop is severely damaged and the laptop is locked by customer with personal PIN.” The photos they sent showed no damage, and their message does not address the flickering problem that prevented us from unlocking the laptop and disabling the pin before sending. As you can see from above, this was all explained previously in detail. I have been an amazon user for a very long time, and this is our first negative experience with a third party seller. We are finished dealing with them. Just avoid!

Lenovo makes great laptops and this is no exception. Beautiful to look at and easy to use. The combination of 4070, 32gb ram, and latest i7 make it a strong gaming machine.

Bad quality, terrible support
Super cool, just barely a year old right after the warranty expired and it just shut off and won’t accept AC power anymore. Lenovo site is a trash tier mess where I can’t even find the support contact on mobile. Don’t waste your money, buy from a company that actually stands behind it’s products.It came back on again randomly 3 hours later after emitting a loud pop. Worked fine for a month then hey presto same problem again. Hey Lenovo, you want to make this right since you sold me a 1590 dollar lemon?
