Good Bang for Buck
I want to start by saying how great this laptop is for what you pay, especially for people who just need a computer for school work (like myself) or to just have a house computer for web browsing, shopping and other media. I’m typically wary of a lot of laptops in this price range, but from my past experience I know Lenovo makes decent affordable laptops. The display you get for the laptop and its price point is actually really nice and crisp, and the performance is also quite snappy. The keyboard is also pretty responsive, and you can just go to your settings and change your search key to a caps lock key as I quickly found out. Overall it’s a really great two-in-one laptop with a nice touch screen and a system that’s pretty easy to use and navigate. If I had to say one drawback it would be that there’s no backlit keyboard, which I could honestly care less for as I never really used them. I definitely recommend this device for people who are in need of a laptop and are on a budget.

Currently using this for my school assignments. Very durable, touchscreen and great battery life. I got it pretty large but perfect screen size. Does what I need it do for college assignments.

Responsive vendor
The first laptop I received was defective. Processed the return document for a replacement. This vendor processed a return label and sent out a replacement laptop computer which I received in couple of days. This one works OK and I want to thank Oydisen WOWPC for their quick reponse.

Customer service is extremely poor
I purchased this item described as new. The laptop looks and operates as new. I did not remove the charger until after setting up the computer because the battery showed nearly full charge. When I got the charger out it appeared to be used with scratches, scuffs and stuck to the Velcro strip holding the cord was strings, dirt and hair. Plus the tip was broken off. After contacting the seller and sending the pictures he asked for he continues to not reach out with a solution

Sound not functioning properly
Sound would cut out and intermittently produce a static noise while viewing. Hoping the replacement is better. Also was missing the stylus penâ¦looks like it was ripped off the bottom of box when Amazon packaged it in a larger box for shipping. Not sure why it wouldnât be on the inside of the box.

Bought this for my wife’s music sheet display. It’s a great machine and a great value with pretty much the largest screen available. Paid $320, 2023.11.01. Great touchscreen and battery life (about 8 hours). Slim and light. She uses it extensively with the keyboard back-folded for use on a music stand. No complaints, would buy again.

Me agradó demasiado esta Chromebook de Lenovo. Es mi primera vez con esa interfaz, siempre he trabajado con Windows, y por lo tanto salir de una zona de confort siempre es un reto. El sonido es muy bueno, la pantalla táctil, el mousepad y los puertos son fantásticos. Sobre todo el puerto USB C que es completÃsimo ya que puedo transmitir mi pantalla a tres monitores diferentes al mismo tiempo. Sin embargo el lápiz incluido en el bundle no es ni siquiera de alguna marca, es genérico, sin peso alguno, es un tubo hueco parece de juguete. Si cumple su función pero la punta es demasiado gruesa para poder hacer trazos finos a la hora de hacer dibujos o sketches. La SD Card de 64 Gb es marca ADATALa entrega me pareció un tanto molesta ya que yo vivo en la provincia de México y no fue posible la entrega en ninguna de mis opciones en el Estado de México, Michoacán y Querétaro. Solamente la pude recibir en un domicilio de la CDMX a lo cual tuve que ir a recogerla. No entiendo porqué no se puede realizar la entrega fuera de la CDMX si en todas mis opciones llegan todas las paqueterÃas mas grandes. En fin…..
