It has everything I need
Very pleased till now (I bought it 1 week ago).I play Civ VI and Floodlands and it works fine. Besides that I work with it as an online?phone interpreter, so I really don’t have much demands. It’s just fine for what I need and works fast and it’s very responsive. Love the new Windows 11 as well.I had set up the battery to only charge till 60% and I forgot about it. Sent a question to the seller and they immediately responded with the answer. Really great customer service, thank you!

I love this laptop
This laptop exceeded my expectations. The solid state hard drive is lightning fast. The lighted keyboard is great in subdued lighting.

Absolutely a piece of junk, especially Lenovo Support
As soon as I got it it was acting weird: getting errors when installing software, running slow. Over a period of a month, it kept on getting worse. It started to freeze, then blue screen of death. Sometimes the laptop would power up but the screen would be completely be dark. Only way I knew it was on was that the power button was lit. I contacted Lenovo support and troubleshot it over about 3 weeks. Often they had me do the exact same thing. The third time they finally decided that it needed to be sent in to be repaired. The shipping box arrived quickly and I sent the laptop quickly. For couple of weeks I don’t hear anything from the. I finally log into Lenovo support. It tells me that the repair issue is not covered by warranty and that they would contact me. It’s been 10 days since that was posted to my account info online. No one contacted me. No mail, email, phone call. I contacted them once again on chat. They give me a phone number to call. THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG NUMBER. I finally get through to the right number I’m on hold for 10 minutes before I get a person. He takes my info and looks up my info…I’m on hold for additional information. He finally tells me it’s going to take about 9 days before he can get that info from the correct department. How is this not covered, I had it for 2 months before I contacted support. It was barely used and it was never treated roughly. I live alone with no kids and pets. Do not buy from Lenovo. I looked at the review for their support online and they barely scored over 1 star with over 80% of the reviews with 1 star. How do you even get a score that low?

The Laptop is an Absolute Beast For the Price
I don’t think I’ve ever been more happy with a laptop purchase, and even building my own rig with comparable power would have costs at least but likely more then I paid with this unit (got it on sale for $649.

Excellent budget gaming pc
If youâre looking to play on ultra settings with a higher frame rate than the human eye is capable of perceiving, and graphics so high that you can clearly make out a flyâs sphincter, then this isnât for you. If youâre just looking for a laptop that will run your games without needing to take out a second mortgage, this is absolutely for you. For gamers who are looking for a solid budget laptop, stop looking. Buy this one.

Awesome laptop
I bought this laptop for it’s screen size, card reader, graphics, and memory. I have had it almost a year and have no complaints. I do use a separate mouse as a personal preference.
