works as expected. However, had to hire a “windows expert” to get this set up the way I wanted it set up and to move everything from an older windows PC. There are many default windows settings that really need to be set up and managed correctly (lots of privacy issues/settings) Great PC but needs proper setup, refresh, and updates

Lenovo V15 Laptop is JUNK!
Received this laptop and had issues with screen displaying static. had to move it around to clear up then move it again and static again. Had it about a week no change. Returned it for a full refund but now iâm being charged a restocking fee for receiving a defective product. Seller says itâs Lenovoâs decision. Well if thatâs how Lenovo treats customers by charging them for ordering and receiving defective products then I recommend not to buy anything from Lenovo.
