Very nice computer
It was just what I was looking for in a used excellent condition. It is just that. Looks brand new. Works perfect. Battery life is the only ding if I have to add it. But I donât use it for my work or business for 8 hours a day. So itâs fine.

I think I’ve traveled into a universe where “refurbished” actually means brand new. I hardly ever leave reviews but this seller deserves it. Not only did I receive the laptop quicker than expected but the packing was also spot on and the unit is in perfect condition. There are no scuffs or marks, the screen is impeccable and the battery holds a great charge. For the price, this may be the best purchase I’ve ever made on Amazon. This was a gift for myself on Christmas and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you seller!!! I’m sure I’ll be shopping with you in the future.

one Battery died and then screen de-attached.
I purchased two in the last 3 years. The recent purchase was made in April 2023. It was good for the first few months. After 5 months of usage (gently used by a 10y old), one of the batteries stopped charging. Then 3 months later just recently, one corner of the screen de-attached from the keyboard, the computer still turns on surprisingly. but the screw was out, and some parts are exposed. My daughter has always kept the computer in a sleeve when carrying it in her backpack. We don’t understand why it started to break everywhere so soon. Frustrating. Not good. The 1st purchase was made in 2021. The battery had the same issue, one of them stopped charging. We had two different technicians examining it. They couldn’t figure out why. Very Frustrating. Not good.

A decent refurbished laptop
I have used Lenovo machines since IBM manufactured them and have always found them highly reliable. This refurbished laptop arrived in decent condition and has continued to live up to expectations. I did have an issue with the delivery, though. The delivery person dropped the item at a neighborâs house, and it took some effort to locate it.

I purchased this laptop for one of my kids to take to high school. It is a very good value and sturdy, cheaper than a Chromebook with more storage and memory. Probably would be good as a back-up or a travel laptop too.

I bought a Lenovo Thinkpad T70 last year from Amazon renewed and am still very happy with it. I bought this because we needed an extra laptop and the price was even better than last years buy. It was so cheap, I might not have considered it worthy of consideration if not for my experience with the other Lenovo. These are built to a high standard for business use and the screen, camera and microphone reflect that. I haven’t needed to supplement them for zoom calls. At first I thought, ‘ oh no, its an ultrabook. I thought it was a laptop’. But I found it has much the same functionality apart from the battery being easier to replace in the larger laptop. I love the slimmer size of this ultrabook and the screen is actually the same size as the T70. It was like new and after a few weeks daily use I’ve had no problems. I really enjoy using it. It also has an intel Core i7vPro chip; better than the i5 advertised. Highly recommended!Just to add, I later had an issue with one battery and the company service has been great. The ultrabook has 2 batteries inside. One died. The refurb guys sent a replacement with instructions and no quibbles.
