Love it! Great laptop!
I waited a few weeks before leaving a review to make sure it I really liked this laptop. And good news – I do! I had previously bought a small one and the keyboard was so small for my hands it was just painful to type. The keyboard on this PC is lovely – just the right amount of tactile feedback, as close to a mechanical one as you can get. The mousepad is a wee bit too sensitive but I try to use a real mouse whenever possible so whatever. No lag, no drag, no sudden reboots, restarts, deaths. I wanted a personal laptop to replace my work one, and I got it, I’m ecstatic.Thank you, Issaquah Highlands Tech, for providing the configuration I wanted. Would definitely buy from them again.

In repair shop half the time
In the first six months of using the laptop, the WiFi card would randomly quit working. It happened across multiple routers and usually a reboot fixed. I finally sent it in for repair and it came back worse. I couldnât even turn it on. After it came back the second time, the only users left were Admin from the Lenovo repair depot leaving me unable to log in. I wonât buy another.
