This laptop has met my expectations and then some. I was cautious about trying AMD Ryzen, but it is super fast. Item came VERY securely packaged. Set-up was smooth and without an issue. No privacy shutter though…but that is minor. Mentioning it because it was in the description and someone else might need it. Very responsive seller if you have questions. I would definitely consider buying from this seller again. Thumbs-up!

Received ThinkPad E16 in perfect condition
The machine came with McAfee and that was the first thing I uninstalled. going through the configuration was easy with the prompts but I went into Settings and added a few more. The ThinkPad E16 performs as listed and the battery has a great amount of power to last a long time. I really like the larger screen and the extended keyboard. The packaging was done and keep everything inside protected. The CPU, memory, and SSD all checked out. Microsoft updates took awhile but that’s normal.

ThinkPad and Azxut are great
This ThinkPad E16 is in my opinion the best business laptop on the market. Does it make a good gaming laptop? Don’t know – don’t game other than in business ways. But from the specs it should do okay. For high end gaming add hundreds to your search. Will it do great AI? Not locally.This appears to be a Gen 1 ThinkPad E16 so no longer available at Lenovo. Old generation does not bother me considering the Ryzen 7 7730U and 40GB DDR4 RAM. Cannot see a 1TB SSD being enough in a business sense. Just does not enough space. Did not expect the finger print pad to work. After all this E16 is not a touch screen.The seller, Azxut, sent a factory sealed box on time to schedule with a ThinkPad that started right up. They do from time to time offer substantial discounts which provides the best value available. Great seller.

Power won’t turn on
I unboxed the laptop and went through the setup/updates. Was able to browse the internet until the battery got low. I plugged it in to recharge. The next time I was using it to browse the internet, it just shut off. I tried removing and reinstalling the battery but it didn’t help. Total lemon.

I thought I was buying a new laptop. But when opening noticed signs of repackaging, certain things papers are bent some protective tape is missing but everything seems in order and in good quality
