Heard good things about Lenovo’s so we gave them a try. So far so good! Purchased a docking station along with it and although it seems a little more delicate than a Dell is working fine.

Crashed within minutes of completing setup
The computer crashed about 5 minutes after I completed (hours of) setup to use this as my business laptop. I am in the process of trying to return this defective unit, and I will update this review after this process is completed.For now, it’s a defect worth noting for other potential consumers of this laptop…It took over a week to schedule an appt with my IT team to get this laptop setup, and when it was finally time, all of the work-related installments and system updates took a couple of hours – which was all very easy, just time-consuming . Only about 5-10 minutes after I actually got to work on it and everything seemed to be running great, then the display went black and the fan started running really loudly. I was pretty fed up, so I walked away for about 15 minutes – hoping it would sort itself out while I was gone. When I came back, the display was still out, and the fan was still running just as loudly. The computer would not respond to anything I did, so I had to get my IT team involved again.I was advised to change my power source and to attempt a battery drain. We tried powering it on and off too (of course), and no matter what we did, the lights would come on but the display remained permanently black.I was extremely disappointed by this experience. When I finally got it up and running, it died on me and I will have to go through all of this again – and I needed this really bad, like 2+ weeks ago!I also don’t know how to wipe it (because it has sensitive work data) before I return it, since the display won’t come on. And the return options on this item are more limited than most too: they only offered me a refund (no option to replace).My unit was defective in a really negatively impactful way, and the help and return process isn’t very customer friendly. So far, I don’t recommend this product.If my replacement – which I have to buy again now – is any better, I will update this review accordingly.

Everything works fine. Fast and perfect for office work.The only complaint is the quality of plastic. We as men, like the keyboard to be more resistant. Now computers tend to be more lighter which is fine but plastic and keyboard have to be strong.
