Well all around laptop
I bought this laptop in 2020 and itâs still working like new, it is able to do any work of an engineering student (CAD, Revit no issues) and also all popular games, 4 years later I run COD and FC25 smoothly and probably faster than any console. Low requirement games like rocket league are way faster compared to my friendâs PS5. Screen quality is very good for watching shows and movies. the difference with my desktop PC with a 3060ti does not feel like night and day. Only issue I had was that when installing windows 11 Armoury Crate features would not go along with windows 11, like the power settings, I switched back to windows 10 as I didnât really like 11 . No issues.

Powerful machine with good build quality
Picked this up as a business laptop, doing primarily software development. Hardware is great, handles everything I’ve thrown at it so far without slowing down or loud fans. Very powerful and responsive. Only complaint is the top surface is quite a fingerprint-magnet .. but that’s only cosmetic. I would have liked a metal casing too rather than plastic. Highly recommend this for people needing a powerful laptop.

Is a work machine laptop
Is a machine that will not let you down when you are looking for work from home or any other place where you are. Is simple black which is fine for me. His keyboard really surprise me since I wasn’t aware is backlight. It only have 2 USB ports I have to get a USB dock to plug in extra devices.

The microphone quit working and the Lenovo warranty support for 3 years stinks.
I have had this laptop for about 14 months and am very disappointed with this product because the microphone doesn’t work and the phone tech support is pretty much non existent. I spoke to one tech person after being transferred to many different areas which they said I didn’t have a warranty even though I had the information on my screen. The microphone doesn’t work and the first person I spoke to tried everything for about 2 hours but didn’t get it fixed. They then closed the case and I can’t seem to get any help from Lenovo support anymore. I had a previous ThinkPad and that is why I purchased another ThinkPad. Before technical support was more readily available but now it seems like they only want to sell new products. The manual is also useless for everything is for Windows 10 and I have Windows 11 on this machine which might be the problem because they haven’t worked out the bugs. I also did remote support with Windows 11 and he couldn’t fix the problem. I wouldn’t recommend this machine from Lenovo because of the poor quality warranty support. I do love the keyboard and other features but I would like my microphone to work for I can’t do any online Zoom meetings because they can’t hear me.

2 hard drives not 1
This laptop came with 2- 256g drives so there is a c=256g and D=256g. Not 1 – 512g drive. Went to repartition to make one drive but canât.
