I was sent………………absolute perfection!
Just look at any stock photo of a new L13 Gen 1 Yoga and that is what I got from this seller. The only glitch was I thought I was getting one with a backlit keyboard, but I was wrong after reviewing the specs on this order more thouroughly. I am not sending this baby back, no way. I can live without something knawing at my battery life anyways. Very very happy with this purchase and even though I have only had this 2 in 1 for a couple of hours so far. I think this is going to be a great long term return on a very small investment. If the wheels fall off, I will update my review. Otherwise, if you want something with a 10th generation i5 with 16gb DDR4 ram, and a M.2 SSD with good looks and integrated stylus, you cant go wrong here folks. Have a good one y’all.

Not able to use the computer
I recently purchased a computer and was extremely disappointed with the product I received. Upon powering on the device, I was greeted with a screen asking for an Enterprise account and password for “Fidelity Technology Group LLC.” This is completely unacceptable for a new personal computer purchase. I expected to set up my own accounts and use the computer for personal tasks, not to be locked out of the system entirely due to enterprise security settings from an unknown organization. This means the PC was not even restarted to factory settings and now I am unable to use this piece of hardware; I dont understand how do you sell a product that clearly is not usable, is like if you would sell and Phone that is locked by the previous owner, wow this is just unbelievable. On top of that, one of the pins in the power adapter was bent, and the extension cord did not fit properly. This clearly indicates that the power adapter was not tested properly. Now, I need to buy a new power adapter, but even then, the software won’t work due to the enterprise account issue.

Great 2 in 1 laptop
This laptop checks all the boxes on my wishlist. I was looking for a versatile device that could function as both a laptop and a tablet, and included a pen.Pros:- Lightweight- Solid build- Responsive- Can seamlessly switch between tablet and PC modes, with the option to stay in PC mode even when physically in tablet mode.Cons:- Tends to heat up quickly; I recommend using a cooling fan base to address this issue.

Came with an incompatible and incomplete charger
Purchased this product and was super excited to use it. The computer looks brand new. The display is nice, and the computer works very well. Unfortunately, the charger given with this computer was incomplete, and only had the plug to connect to the laptop, and not the other end of the plug that gets connected into the wall. Luckily, I had my own adapter cord from a previous computer that I could use however, when I plugged it in, it said that the cord given with the laptop Did not have enough power to power the device. Clearly, the charging cable is incompatible with the computer, making the computer, practically ineffective. I would say I recommended other than that, but seeing that corner cut makes me wonder what other corners were cut in this refurbishing as well. I will be returning.

La laptop llegó en excelentes condiciones, lo cual fue una grata sorpresa, especialmente considerando que se trataba de un producto reacondicionado. Sin embargo, a simple vista, no lo parece. Un detalle que me pareció positivo es que el lápiz óptico está incluido y se encuentra ubicado en un compartimiento integrado en la laptop, por lo que sugiero revisar este espacio al momento de recibir el producto.Un punto que considero una desventaja es la ausencia de un teclado retroiluminado. Este aspecto, sin embargo, no es atribuible al vendedor, sino a un descuido mÃo al no verificar las especificaciones antes de la compra. A pesar de ello, es un inconveniente menor, ya que otras caracterÃsticas, como el sensor de huellas, funcionan de manera eficiente. La cámara, aunque de calidad regular, cumple con lo esperado para un uso cotidiano; este detalle es más atribuible al fabricante que al vendedor.En cuanto al rendimiento, es una opción adecuada para un uso académico y hasta permite ejecutar algunos videojuegos poco exigentes, como *Fall Guys*. El sistema operativo venÃa configurado en inglés, lo que requirió formatearlo. Afortunadamente, la detección de los controladores fue correcta, aunque posteriormente fue necesario instalar actualizaciones mediante el software Lenovo Bridge.En conclusión, esta laptop destaca por cumplir con las “3B”: buena, bonita y barata. Ofrece un rendimiento superior al de modelos nuevos que incorporan procesadores Intel Core i3 o Intel N100. Los 16 GB de RAM son suficientes para la mayorÃa de las tareas, aunque desconozco si la capacidad de almacenamiento es expandible, lo cual espero que sea posible. Con base en mi experiencia, recomiendo encarecidamente la compra de este producto.
