Battery lasted less than 7 months
The worst part is that they offer you a warranty, and after it is paid and you try to claim it (like in my case, some months after the purchase) , they say the warranty can not be honored because they do not make that battery model and offer you $30 buck in a GIFT CARD !!!!

14 inch refurbished laptop
Good size. Really like that the hinge on the cover allows it to be laid flat. Works well. Battery life good. Came with a checklist that said it had been cleaned but the ports were full of dust and lint.

Speaker of laptop is not working as it supposed to be. Voice is not clear. I would like to return it ASAP.

Battery didn’t work
Huge failure. The computer has a battery that will not charge. Otherwise worked, but fairly pointless for a laptop. Amazon should do a better job testing before shipping something with such an obvious defect.

la laptop funciona de maravilla, no he intentado usar todas las caracterÃsticas del hardware como la ranura sim, el lector de huella dactilar, etc, pero para mis necesidades de oficina funciona muy bien y la recomiendo ampliamenteotra cosa que encontré es que desde el sitio web oficial de lenovo puedes saber el número de serie del equipo e incluso puedes comprar la imagen de software de fabrica, para reinstalarlo como el fabricante lo hace, no lo he intentado, pero vale la pena mencionarlo
