Have ordered 2 laptops: one has cracked plastic around display, second has dead zone and damaged display itself

Keyboard stopped working
After only using this laptop 3 times the keyboard and mouse stopped working. It literally didnât move from the desk and just stopped working. Iâm talking about less than 2 hours of use.

It has a better screen than advertised, it’s a 1080p screen, not 768p. It’s fast, light, and easy to carry around, I would say battery life is average, I can make a battery last a whole day if I’m just doing some light stuff like YouTube, Netflix, or web browsing
