Laptop great, seller not.-no keycode sent for Windows 11 Pro
Got the laptop and it is beautiful, runs great. There were no manuals sent with the laptop at all. Nothing. The Windows 11 Pro I paid extra for would not run, because no keycode was sent, nor the box/manuals for the software. Seller tried to resolve, but kept sending invalid codes. Amazon was helpful at first. I wanted to try to resolve and not return, but Amazon just went ghost when I couldn’t get it resolved with the seller. They were supposed to escalate the issue and nothing. So I had to buy a keycode and I bought it at BB, because I didn’t want to get burned again.

Get anything else but not from this seller!
I rarely write negative reviews but hopefully this will save someone else from what I’ve experienced. I purchased this less than 3 months ago and used it maybe a dozen or less times. It seemed to be running slow but I figured it was my internet connection. It definitely isn’t my connection, things got worse and I reached out to the seller who told me, tough luck they only help within the first 30 days. Most electronics have at least a year warranty should anything like this happen. The fact that they refused to do anything tells me, either they are probably selling refurbished products as new or perhaps they are boosted and that’s why nothing can be done. I would urge you to find a seller that makes customer service a priority. If you decide to get it anyway, don’t say you weren’t warned.

Very disappointed!!
After of couple weeks the computer keeps shutting down and is getting worse. Right now I cannot even use it. It does not stay on for more than a couple minutes. I get a message that “the device ran into a problem and needs to restart”. Trying to get some redress from Lenova. I am so so sad!!!
