    Excellent
The monitor is a very good size. It is easy to setup and has amazing color settings and resolution. The monitor adds such an amazing feel to any game play and the build feels like good quality. For some games it lets me play in higher resolution than before and can feel the difference compared to my old monitor. The sound does not actually come out from the monitor but there is a headphone jack. The gaming performance is wonderful and because the color settings it makes the game look so much better.

Best bang for ur buck 144hz monitor.
The LG UltraGear 27GL83A-B has been a fantastic addition to my setup, and it honestly exceeded my expectations. The 27-inch screen with its vibrant colors and sharp resolution makes everything from gaming to regular use feel more immersive. The gameplay feels incredibly smooth, thanks to the fast response time, and the visuals pop in a way that makes my games come to life. I wasn’t expecting such high-quality performance at this price, but it delivers on every front. What really makes this monitor stand out is how much value it offers. It’s hard to find something that strikes a balance between great visuals, smooth gameplay, and a sleek design without breaking the bank. The overall build is sturdy, and the adjustable stand makes it comfortable for long sessions. If you’re looking for a monitor that offers top-notch performance without a high-end price tag, this one’s a winner.

Perfect Second Monitor for Gaming or Work
I use the LG UltraGear 27-inch every day as my second monitor, and it’s been great. The QHD resolution looks crisp, and the 1ms response time is awesome for gaming. The IPS panel provides vibrant colors and wide viewing angles, which is perfect when I’m multitasking. The HDR10 support adds extra depth to visuals too. Overall, it’s a reliable and sharp monitor, great for both gaming and productivity.

Great monitor for editing and gaming and at a cheap price!
I got this monitor primarily for having a good bang for you buck option geared towards photo editing, video editing, and gaming and it delivers on all of these options.Pros:Smooth 144 hz refresh rate- This is a first for me and being exposed to a high refresh rate monitor, especially for gaming, changes your perspective on what you see and how responsive everything is. If you are an avid gamer then having a higher refresh rate of 120 to even 240 hz is a must! For the average consumer, this isn’t really all that noticable.Beautiful, near bezeless design- For me, I’m not used to a very sleek design that doesn’t use minimal bezels. It makes the display look modern and expensive.2k Display!- The bump from 1080p to 2k is short but yet is a big change. Everything is just a little more detailed and sharpened. This is great especially for photo editing to get into the fine details.Fairly color accurate- I’m not someone who is looking to get an exact 100% sRGB for editing but for the price, it’s a great option! They even have a sRGB monitor setting to give you the most accurate colors the monitor can deliver. I believe the monitor has 99% sRGB but please dont take my word for it! For non creatives, this wont mean much to you.Slight Antiglare- Since the display is an IPS panel, there is a little bit of anti glare built in. It’s not much but compared to a standard LCD panel it makes working in the daylight with the curtains open manageable.Cons: Most of the problems come from how lucky you are at getting a decent stand and display. For me, my stand and display only show minimal downsides. The Stand- I personally dont mind the stand at all. It feels girthy and stable but there are a lot of other consumers who have stated otherwise. The minor complaints of mine about the stand are the base where it balances itself and the color accents. The base used to balance itself is fairly large and takes up a good amount of space. If you have a smaller desk then look out for this! And the color accents used for the monitor only come in red which for me isn’t a big deal but for someone who uses a specific color scheme for their setups might want to look else whereThe Backlight Bleed- Since this display is an IPS display, there is always bound to be atleast some bleeding but with mine, it isn’t too bad. It shows up on the left corner a little bit and the bottom left corner which can be noticable when the screen is all black. This did bother me when I first got it but after only using it for roughly 3 days, I’ve gotten used to it. If you’re not a fan of backlight bleed and it annoys you then please stay away from this display for your own sanity! Conclusion: A brilliant display that can be used with nearly all gamers and creatives. It has a little bit everything you need that serves as the in between of being low quality and cheap and high quality but expensive. Easily one of the most bang for your buck monitors on the market!

Exceptional display, especially at the price point
When I set out shopping for my secondary display (which was intended to function as a dedicated monitor hooked up to the EVGA RTX 3080 I was extraordinarily lucky to get my hands on not long after release. In this way, it would ideally need Nvidia-specific display rendering technology, but because my system was setup with dual GPUs, it also would ideally have robust support for AMD graphics too. Oh, I also wanted a display capable of 1440p resolution and 100+ Hz refresh rate.Needless to say this monitor checked all those boxes and then some! At the time I bought it perhaps two years ago it was much more expensive, but I think now that prices have come down, this monitor not only handles displaying a quality, vibrant picture with ease, but it does so fora fair price, too. Most people won’t be using it as part of some complex dedicated VM setup, but honestly, thanks in no small part to the efforts of Steam’s team along with games developers, gaming on Linux is a perfectly achievable endeavor as contrasted with ten or fifteen years ago. I’ve seen some folks saying the latest updates of Win 11 are more unstable than Linux, especially since it’s trivial to find out if a game is Steam Deck Verified and therefore very likely to run fine on any distro (like SteamOS) built for gaming or by installing and configuring the appropriate tools yourself to make it happen.Anyways, Iove this monitor and would gladly buy more for other purposes if needed.

This monitor is amazing, its a 27 inch, IPS 1440p,144hz, 99%sRGB, 1ms response time, freesync and nvidia g-sync, it even has HDR!!!! The Hdr works relatively well, keep in mind, it isn’t listed anywhere in product description so its a really nice bonus. The monitor has many modes which vary based on how your eyes feel and what the device you’re playing on is capable of. For example, it can mimic HDR if your device can’t broadcast it. And so on.Anyways, i highly recommend this monitor for gaming, i’ve been using it for 2 months now and i haven’t encountered any issues with it, really great product.

I got the 32 inch version ( LG 32GS60QC-B ) and I’ve been loving it so far. It has a very fast and responsive display with great color production for a casual gamer like myself. It’s a solid upgrade from my previous smaller panel.

I recently purchased this UltraGear monitor for gaming and couldn’t be happier with my decision. The screen quality is fantastic. Also, the high refresh rate and quick response time provide smooth gameplay with no noticeable lag.For the quality it offers at this price point, it’s a fantastic deal.
