This was a refurbished sprint item
I was literally on the phone with tmobile for 3 hours. I found out that it was a refurbished sprint tablet so the sim card I had won’t work. To top it off, the user before me had a debt on it that the guy still owed money on it so of course it wasn’t going to work for a tmobile sim card.

Refurbished and it was a Tmobile device.
It was already on a Tmobile network prior to my purchase. Of course it was refurbished . I tried to add it to my Verizon account but it isn’t unlocked
