Great Speakers, Bad Mic
The headphones are great. Very clear sound and good balance of bass, mid & treble. I chose these because of the small size. The fit nicely under some large earmuffs I wear to block out environmental noise. The microphone is definitely lacking in quality, the mic sound is muffled and scratchy. I’ve found similar mic problems on other cheap headphones and mics. Apparently, microphones are far more sensitive to quality issues, so spend more money to get a good mic sound. Fine for phone calls, but I wanted to audio recordings and videos with these. Nope…

I decided to pay a little more hoping to receive a durable product. However, the headphones broke after 10 days of regular use. I was very upset and left a negative review. To buy surprise, the company reached out to me and mailed me a brand new headphone. The new product works great. I feel that this is a company of high moral standards.
