Great product, even better service
Ordered this mount back in September. Easy install, build quality was great, magnet is strong and functionality was great. I loved did and people asked me where did I buy it from. It’s is very minimalist. Two months in one of the hinge got a crack and the swivel function didn’t work well and the weight of phone would bring it down. Contacted the support and they shipped a upgraded version next day. Just received and installed the new one. Install was even easier that the old model. Only the removing of the old one took a while. The new version got metal hinges. I think this will last for ever. Great product even Greater support.

Great when new, Great support from manufacturer!
This phone mount was great when new. Super strong magnets, great adjustability. Then the plastic base cracked. This has been addressed with the newer all metal base model, but too late for me. Now, just today, the magnet ring popped off the mount still attached to my phone rendering the mount useless to me. So it lasted a year for me. So bottom line is great mount when new, but doesn’t last forever.UPDATE!!!So after I wrote my initial review, the manufacturer reached out to me and apologized for my product not performing as intended. They offered several options to fix the issue to include, full refund, replacement of the original product or choices from other similar products in their mag-safe line all at no additional costs to me. I responded and just received the replacement. So I have updated my review to 4 stars(I wish I could give 4.5, I can’t give 5 stars on anything as there has to be room to grow!). I enthusiastically recommend LISEN. They do make a great product and their customer server is amazing. Thank you. I’ll post a further review once I’ve had some time with the replacement. Bought this a few month ago and LOVE IT! Went to use it the other day and my phone would stick but the arm kept dropping under the weight of my phone. Eventually found that the arm “holder” piece got a crack in one side so no longer holding good tension. Super bummed as otherwise this is a great holder. Trying a different one from this brand, new one has the ability to be mounted on the curved part of the dashboard or car vent.EDIT: Within 48hrs of submitting a claim to the seller website they reached out to immediately replace the product.Received it today, and it looks great and like it’s been updated, looks a little more sturdy at the part that broke on me previously. So happy – this is a great product and holds my phone very securely in place!The adhesive is very strong, I had it on my dash for months thru the summer heat in direct sunlight and it never budged. It took some time to remove it for the replacement, but using a butter knife and patience it came of cleanly leaving no damage at all on my dash.The holder is not only secure, it’s got great range of movement. I love being able to have my phone at dash level so I can glance quickly without putting my head down when driving.

This car mount is by far the best I have bought. To be sure, before finding this one, I bought no less than 4 from retailers in store like Best Buy or London Drugs that were absolutely garbage. I accidentally ordered this one (it was in my cart from a previous almost buy and forgot to remove it when checking out a different unrelated item) and when it arrived I thought about sending it back. Im glad I didnt. With previous 3M car mounts the tape never seemed to stick, even when cleaning with all the appropriate solvents etc. This mount is heavier than the others, and I was not convinced the tape would be any more effective. It was. After waiting the 12 hours to let the tape set, I placed my heavy iPhone 13 Pro Max on the magnet and it held on there solidly. I thought for a moment that the tape was coming off when I tried to pull the phone off and noticed the mount had moved, but that is the glorious moment I realized that the mount itself is on a swivel and can rotate 360 degrees, alongside the moveable arm. And now, a week later, with the phone being placed and manhandled into a number of different positions the mount has stayed solid and is a welcome and discreet addition to my car, folding nicely away onto the dash when not in use. Highly recommended.
