Excellent value for a great mouse
Refurb quality: only very minor scuffs on the pads, nothing that would catch or looked well-worn. Buttons and hand rests are clean and the buttons and wheel move and click smoothly. The hand rests are actually impressively clean given that their texture seems likely to make it hard to truly clean them.Product quality: Bought this to replace a cheap gaming mouse I’d had before, which developed issues in months. I’m a little leery of Logitech’s reliability (a couple past mice developed various problems), but so far it’s been a great purchase. I love the ability to toggle between clicky and free-spin on the wheel, they assortment of buttons, the sensitivity, the adjustable weight, and the look. The software is also quite good. Ergonomics-wise, I wish the mouse was a little bigger – I have big hands, so this won’t be a problem for most people – because it’s a slightly awkward tradeoff between being able to hold the mouse comfortably and being able to reach even most of the buttons comfortably. Overall, though, it’s a great mouse for gaming, productivity, and general computer use, and the price is very good for a mouse of this design.

Great for productivity and gaming alike
I’ve been using a Performance MX since 2014, and finally decided to upgrade. I split my computer time between programming and gaming, so I was used to having a pretty heavy mouse. I put all of the weights in when I got this and it feels just like my old mouse. The G502 has way more buttons than my old Performance MX, which is great for keymapping on games. I don’t personally like high DPI, since I don’t play a lot of FPS games, but the DPI has a variable range that’s good for just about anything. The glowing G logo is customizable within the Logitech software, as are the button mappings. Great mouse all around

Perfect for Anything
This is by far one of the best mice I have ever used. It has the perfect number of buttons for binding to anything, colors that can be fully customized, and feels perfect for my had size. I will say that the mouse is a little bit small for people with larger hands as the front left button on the mouse sometimes gets accidentally pressed and can potentially mess some things up. The feel of the mouse is a perfect smooth surface where the outer shell is. The weights in the box are also the perfect amount of weight for it to keep it smooth on a mousepad after lifting or moving it. Being wired it will never run out of power which is perfect as I would rather have a cord to deal with rather than changing batteries randomly when it loses charge. Overall one of the best mice I have ever used.

High Quality Mouse but bad software.
Excellent quality precision wired mouse from Logitech, that is supposed to work but FAILS to install downloadable G502 software to apply MACRO buttons. After installing the G502 software correctly, my computer failed to recognize the G502 mouse even though it was installed. Apparently, many users report the same issues. Left no other option but to return although no fault of the mouse. Suggest Logitech issue software/drivers on a CD Disc.

I Love it.
I had a Logitech years ago and my current mouse stop working. This mouse is used by me as I play World of Warcraft (WoW) it is classified as a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG). This mouse has a feature that I missed. The part where you can move the mouse wheel left or right and assign a hot key to it in the game is perfect. I can assigned the left and right mouse wheel movement to multiple configurations. I do all of this. I have this assigned. I hold the control key as one key-bind for one spell with both left and right. So that means by press the wheel to the right or left I have 2 spells. Then hold Control key down after binding them left right, Then assign 2 more by holding shift Left or Right, Makes 6 key-binds That alone makes this a 5 star. Middle mouse is very easy to press with out rolling the wheel. Plus there is a lower thumb button in addition to the B5 B4 to press. Can not say enough about the DPI. You need a high DPI when playing games so your not late on moves and spells. I Love this and wish I had found it previously. This is a really nice feeling mouse. It has some weight but is not to hard to adjust and does not slow you down. It was reconditioned. This mouse arrived and appears to be new. The only give away was the cord was not wrapped with a bread tie. No nicks or wear on the mouse on the bottom or buttons. I can change the colors on the mouse as its RGB controlled. There are lots of features and more buttons to use such as DPI up or down. USB wired in my case the cord does not get in the way. I recommend this mouse.

Dream Mouse
I’m fairly new to gaming but wanted to make sure I got a mouse that would grow with my skills while still being easy to figure out as a beginner. I made my perfect match with this mouse. I have smaller hands and even with that this mouse fits perfectly in my grip and after some time learning how to use the mouse it’s an absolute dream to handle. Movements are sharp and precise and switching between mouse sensitivities is easy and straight forward. If you’re experienced or just starting out gaming this is a great mouse to buy!

I miss this mouse: I’ve owned two of them, and each lasted a long time even though I can be quite rough on mice. It performed perfectly on top of the durability. I rarely give a 5 star rating to a product, but this one probably deserves it.
