Crystal clarity, extremely comfortable, even after hours of use
I’ve bought a couple of these over the course of some years, and I wouldn’t dream of buying another brand or model. Has all the features I need, isn’t exorbitantly priced, and I barely notice I have them on. Not too heavy, but have a solid feel to them, so I don’t worry about fragility if I accidentally drop them or grab them roughly. (Like when I have to quickly remove them when my wife is talking.)Battery lasts quite a while, the microphone is very clear, no buzz or distortion, and the surround sound is top-notch. Good product.

Amazing bass, sound quality, and surround sound
I have had this headset for about a year now, and it has held up. the headset has a mediocre battery life with the RGB on but lasts about a whole day with it off. the sound quality is very clean and clear. the bass is phenomenal, I had never had a headset with this much bass. For gaming, the surround sound makes footsteps and gunshots very clear from any direction, which is great for competitive games. the earcups can feel uncomfortable for long sessions, but taking them off frequently helps this issuebecause these are over-ear, the “noise cancellation” is just the headset muting out any noises with its volume.the microphone is pretty bad, if you get these and do not have a microphone, be prepared to invest in one. however, when the mic is down and unmuted, you can hear the noises that the mic picks up very quietly. it’s not at all distracting and can help if you want to talk low while gaming with friends late at night over game chat or discord.I used this headset with a PC and have not tried it with any other consoles. This does not have Bluetooth! it connects through a USB port with a dongle, I did not know this when I bought it, and might be important to know. if you do not have an open USB port, you might need a USB dongle.overall, this headset is very great at what it does. you hear clearly, and the battery doesn’t become an issue unless you forget to charge it, but you can still use this while it charges.

Did not last!
So I purchased these back in Feb 2021. I’d like to start with the good. This is the MOST comfortable headset I’ve ever owned. I have a rather large head, and these are perfect. I really like the features of volume control, preset switching, etc… However, with these features comes many many flaws, and decreased longevity. Out of the box they were amazing! Precisely what I wanted. After four months, they started having issues. They would cut in, and out randomly. This was even with a full charge. Then came the crackling of the speakers. Around the sixth month mark the left speaker cut out completely, and the buttons to operate on the headset stopped working. I consulted numerous forums, updated drivers, even contacted Logitech themselves. After discussing the issues through a single simple e-mail, Logitech sent me a brand new pair at zero cost, not even requiring me send them the malfunctioning ones. At the time I felt it made it seemed they knew about these problems. So I figured they sent me a newer updated set, that was not prone to have these issues. Well I was wrong the new headset which I’ve had for a year now. Has become the bane of me. Like I said, I love the feel of this headset, and try to ignore some of the other issues such as the buttons not working, etc… But the newer sent head set after 9 months has started doing all the same issues as the first. I’ve gotten a year out of this head set, but even with the included time of the first, Total time of about 18 months for $150.00. I don’t believe these are very good. I have a old set of another manufacture’s headset, and it’s over 4 years old still works. Not the most perfect sound, but it does not cut out, does not stop working. I upgraded to have something newer. I went with Logitech, because I have numerous other products, mice, keyboards etc… that have lived up to the Logitech name time, and time again. However these feel like they are just not up to par. Sad to say, but I will not be buying another Logitech headset anytime soon. With rising cost of products, they need to last.
