Great until it wasn’t
UPDATE: Customer service was fantastic. They went above and beyond and I received 2 new straps quickly.I was really liking this product. It doesn’t hurt my fingers like other products have. But I am so bummed it ripped. I emailed the company since it is less than 3 months since I purchased it.

Amazing product but the design didn’t hold up
I Purchased this about 10 months ago.It has held up to everything it’s been put through.The strap is still solid, no tears and hasn’t stretched out. The magnetic feature came in way handier than I expected and the kick stand is very useful with the multiple adjustments.The double faced tape holding it on has held tight with no signs of it coming loose, in fact it’s held on so good I think it would take part of the case off if I tried to remove it.The only downside is I’m disappointed the design has not held up but overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommended or purchase this product again.

Sticks securely, strong magnets, stand doesn’t break easily. But…
I wish they offered reasonably priced strap replacements! The elastic strap on my 1st one was stretched out and faded quickly, and I was stunned to find out that a simple elastic strap replacement cost more than half of the original stand with strap. Surely the piece of elastic is the cheapest part of this product???Eventually I had to replace my 1st one for other reasons. Mostly because of a new phone. On this one, I selected a silicone strap. We’ll see how long it lasts…hopefully longer, but strap replacements are still wildly overpriced.Benefits: works well on flat surfaces, can use in vertical or horizontal screen modes (if you place it well for that!), comfortable to hold, and the only phone stand I’ve used that hasn’t quickly broken or become too loose to be effective- which is why after much searching, I bought another one of these.

Works great as long as you’re not using a S-pen.
I’ve tried a lot of different grips and so far I’m liking this one. It’s not bulky, very slim, fits nice on your phone without sticking out too much. Looks nice and quality with good build and materials.Phone stand: The grip can pull out to create a stand to hold up your phone with 2 different options for the position, as well as being able to work sideways. It’s not flimsy and the click is satisfying. Snaps back into place perfectly.Magnets: strong magnets hold the clip in place really well when you’re not using it as a stand. There’s 2 magnets, one at the top and one at the bottom that make it so you can attach your phone to anything metal or magnetic phone mounts (even ones that aren’t from this brand). Feels really secure. Haven’t had any slipping or anything like that when I stick it to something. *However*, magnets affect the usage of your S-pen, I already knew this but didn’t think anything about it until I went to use my pen and it wasn’t working right. So I *HIGHLY* recommend making sure to put it on a case so that you can easily take it off if you want to use your pen. Luckily, mines on a case but I don’t want to go through the effort of taking off my case every time I want to use the pen. So that’s a pain. Mostly my fault but it’s something they should make more obvious and warn customers of because a lot of people don’t know until it’s too late.Grip: It’s silicone and fits really snug on your fingers, which is nice when you’re moving around and needing it to be super secure. But I have tiny hands and fingers so I can see that being more of an issue for people with bigger fingers. I’ve been using it for a good minute now and there’s no permanent stretching out so don’t try to rely on that.Overall a good quality grip.
