works great in my older machine
I use Ubuntu, which sometimes didn’t play well with my original Nvidia based card. This took care of that, with no performance loss, at a very reasonable cost. It’s for sure NOT a gamer card, but it does the job without any drama.

Windows 10 – Dell Optiplex 7070 detects and loses connection repeatly
This card runs fine once drivers are installed. However, the most recent AMD drivers are from 2016. With all drivers available, if the computer puts the monitors to sleep, it re-detects (and therefore makes the hardware found noise) about every 6-10 minutes.

I needed discrete graphics for a simple home PC, got this… it is NOT an R5 550 —– it is a Radeon 5450 with 512MB… awful lie of a product.

Apenas me llegó la tarjeta grafica y la instalé, funciona perfectamente bien en un sistema Ubuntu 24.04 LTS es totalmente compatible, con imágenes claras y respuesta rápida. No requerà de controladores, pude comprobar su capacidad mediante la consola utilizando la linea de comandos (hay varios procedimientos). Estoy contento y conforme con mi compra. TodavÃa no puedo opinar sobre el comportamiento a largo plazo de este producto pero, en lo que va este tiempo de uso tiene un desempeno perfecto, ademas, por el precio es una oferta difÃcilmente superable.

Da mein noch MB kein Nativen USB-DP hat, hatte keine USB3 Externe Grafikkarte funktioniert.Wollte ich testen, diese als Zusatzkarte in meinen System zu ergänzen, so das meine 1060 nur noch mein Asus Gaming Monitor & den Dell 21″ befeuern musste bzw. sollte wie es gedacht war. Das dann auch die Wallpaper Engine während des Spielens Animation machen durfte, über die 2 Monitore über die AMD Karte.Karte funktionierte, “ABER” laut AMD soll diese “ZWEI” Monitore gleichzeitig betreiben können, was eben diese nicht konnte, einer dran gut, beide dran = Bild totale Aussetzer + starke bunte Fraktale.Also wieder eingepackt > Garantiefall > Geld wieder!An sich einen nette Karte auch wenn die Aussage gelogen ist das es nur ein Slot Tief ist, war gelogen, denn der passive Kühlkörper ragt über die Blende vorne weiter drüber. So das es es unmöglich war, diese auf dem PCIE1x über meiner 1060 zu installieren.Pos.- Eigentlich nichts, da diese Karte nicht in Ordnung war!Neg.- Kühlkörper zu Hoch , Widerspruch mit nur ein Slot Tiefe!- Defekt keine 2 Monitore nutzbar.Fazit:Wenn man eine funktionierende bekommt und kein Platzproblem hat beim Einbauen, dann kann ich nur eine Kaufempfehlung aussprechen. Wenn das obere nicht der Fall ist Finger Weg.
