Very happy with this purchase! Works as says. No issues whatso ever. Only complaint it was fully dead when i got it. Otherwise, great machine, easy to use, travels great, no scratches or issues. Works fine but lied about condition.
So far the Surface Go 2 works fine. It seemed at first to be in excellent condition until I took off my sunglasses, thatâs when I noticed the scuff mark in the body and some type of tacky residue on the back. Iâve cleaned off the tacky residue, which was only in a couple spots, but discovered the scuff since I couldnât clean it off. This was sold as Refurbished Excellent and it clearly isnât in excellent condition and some money should be credited back.Update: While using this today, it wasnât hot as it was normal use on Internet, the screen flickered showing scrambled multi color vertical lines for less than a second each time. Obviously, if they had actually checked this item they wouldâve definitely known it isnât excellent condition. Iâm obviously returning this item, shipped tomorrow. I attempted to reset to factory but the seller messed up the Windows 11 install and files were missing so I couldnât reset to factory; I had to download a factory image from Microsoft which restored it to Windows 10. Upon completing the restore it asked for a login for Livonia Public Schools. I contacted the IT department at the school for a generic login and the following is the email I received backâ¦I’m not sure who you bought this from on Amazon, but I would contact them and return the device. We were not paid for these and the recycler did not have our permission to resell these devices.

Tablet arrived and in good condition.I have my own Surface but this is for my wife. Listed as having Windows 10 Pro but had Windows Home S-Mode, I was only able to go to Windows 10 Home.

Comes Dirty, wrong specification and runs hot
Right after I received the package I am excited to open it.Inspecting closer, after opening the built-in stand, I noticed some yellow stains that can be wiped away with tissue paper. It is disgusting. But that’s not a big problem.The keyboard connector is also dirty…..Secondly, when I booted it up, I found out that this surface go 2 has a core m3 CPU instead of a Pentium CPU, which is wrong. The surface runs pretty hotly too.In addition, when I was browsing a website, a screen tearing suddenly occurred, but after a few seconds, it was gone.I feel the renewed quality is of no guarantee so I did not consider a replacement. But opt to return.Lastly, I bought a type cover and a pen for this surface go2. Since this surface go 2 has to be returned, the accessories I bought were also returned. I feel bad for the return of the type cover and the pen, there is nothing wrong with their quality. The only reason for returning them is that they are of no use without a surface.

Trés bonne qualité, parais vraiment conne neuf, et la batterie donne un bon 6 heures d’autonomie. Par contre sur la photo apparais avec clavier et souris, et on recois juste la tablette. Pas de clavier nie de souris
