REFURBISHED: few bugs but GREAT DEAL!!
Iâve had this for about a month now just so I could write a review after getting the full use of the product. For a refurbished product this is really nice and after shopping around, the best deal out there. I expected a few things to be wrong with it just because thatâs standard when it comes to a used product. So far, only my power and volume buttons malfunction. My power button doesnât work all the time and sometimes I have to plug my tablet in or remove and reattach the keyboard for it to turn on from sleep or being off. The volume buttons just donât work, therefore I canât take a quick screenshot but Iâm pretty sure I can still do that with the keyboard. The pen I wasnât sure about but after installing some drivers onto the tablet I do have pressure sensitivity in my drawing programs. The whole tablet is pretty light and easy to transport. This was a good purchase for the price and Iâm definitely satisfied. Typically you pay for what you get when it comes to electronics and this was no exception, had I spent $1000 I would have expected something much nicer. But for $450 this is a great deal and now I can draw digitally again!

Great for simple stuff
I needed a Windows based laptop for mostly PowerPoint and data entry. As much as I love my iPad, itâs lack of mouse support and the fact that my company web apps are not all iOS friendly made using it difficult. I wanted the smallest functional Windows machine I could get.I chose a the refurb Surface Pro because quite frankly, the new ones are an absolute rip off. Thatâs coming from someone used to paying for Apple devices so if I think itâs overpriced, itâs vastly overpriced. Also the keyboard should be included with Surfaces and with these refurbs, they are.My machine was clearly used but fully functional and does just what I need it to. The keyboard was also clearly used but fully functional. The pen didnât get a second look.For the price of the 128 gb model and a 128 gb SD card, I got just want I need for my purposes. The iPad stays home now and I only use it for iOS friendly apps.
Was delivered today unboxed.. had everything except pen as previously read in previous reviews waiting on reply from company to send my pen.. –

Not a happy customer
The tablet we received did not meet the “arm’s length” promise, it looked like it had been used hard. It also would not charge and did not come with the stylus that was included in the description. I contacted MicroDirect Deals and they sent a new charger and compatible stylus. Still would not charge so I returned and had them send me a replacement. This took a LONG time. They printed up a shipping label so the system showed it was on the way but they did not actually ship it until many days later. They apparently gather all their returns, polish them up and send them back out to different customers hoping someone will accept them. Replacement would not charge so we returned and got a refund (which also took a long time). I do not recommend dealing with Micro Direct Deals.

this machine workrd just fine b4 getting connected 2 internet, as soon as that ahppened it seemed 2 trigger what i am guessinf was a virus, it kept talking the sam ephrase of how a virus had taken control 7 showed windows defender in it title, giving a phonenumber 4 me 2 contact 4 assistance. it would not shut up, i could not power it down, so ahd 2 put in garage until battery has run down. glad it didn’t come charged with full battery. i retuerned it & purchase a differenrt machine froam a different vendor. the vendor i had was not t good a bout response 2 inquireies either.
