Great productivity device and laptop replacement
While the battery life is shorter than I would like, this device is everything for which I hoped and needed. I did end up purchasing a case, keyboard, and pen to go along with it, and I have been very happy with it. I use the device for office files, graphic design, video design, and everything in between. It is great for field observations and evaluations and powerful enough to handle cloud and device based software. Even as an Amazon Renewed device, it meets all expectations.As for the seller, the condition met all expectations and I would buy from them again.

Surface Pro not usable
One of the refurbished units you sent us was previously used by the US Government, so the unit is completely locked and cannot be updated for our use. This unit will be returned. Quite disappointing as these should be cleaned and ready to go before resale.

No scratches dents or off brand charger.All is practically new at a fraction of the cost.Work great with Photoshop, Illustrator, Clip Studio Paint, Steam, etc.I also bought less expensive accessories so I really won the lottery on this baby. :)Get the warranty because at this price it is worth it.

Excellent product with exception of un-replaceable battery
Canât believe Iâve had this for coming up on 9 years now. This has been my primary computer since purchasing it and it has outlasted two desktop computers, both of which crapped out over the past 9 years.In 9 years I have not had any significant issues with this – has performed well and lived up to my expectations. The only downside/issue I have is with the design of placing the battery in a position which effectively makes replacement impractical if not impossible.I have seen considerable battery degradation and would prefer to replace it – but one needs to almost completely disassemble the entire computer to get to the battery.This is unnecessary and clearly done for product obsolescence purposes; I cannot speak for other users but moving forward this is a show stopper. Over the years Iâve replaced batteries on a good number of laptops to extend the useful life even if only as a backup in the case of a catastrophic failure of a primary computer.So while I am pleased to have gotten almost 9 years of use from this, as I begin to look for a replacement (always want to do so before absolutely necessary) battery performance and accessibility will be a critical factor in my decision. I havenât yet considered newer surface models, but if MS hasnât changed this, they will be eliminated quickly.

Cannot run office 365
Pros: The screen looked and worked greatCons: Cannot run or reinstall MS365. I’m a writer and bought this to use for writing. The office suite included in the Windows 10 install will not run, or connect to one drive. Cannot upgrade Windows because the processor in this computer is not supported.Charged battery to 99%. It lasted for just over an hour.I’m Returning for refund.

This refurbished Surface was to replace the same model of my original computer which was no longer reusable with a bulging battery and screen. It looks brand new and I was able to use my same keyboard and stylus. I am extremely pleased with this replacement in perfect working order.

Definitely not âlike newâ
The description says that it like new but itâs not. The trackpad on the keyboard it comes with hasnât been working since Iâve gotten it. It runs extremely hot at the touchscreen really does whatever it wants sometimes, pressing things on its own. I say all this to say, it is DEFINITELY not like new.

Llego bien, cargo bien mi cuenta y como a la media hora de la nada se reinició. Tardo más de 2 horas en volver a encender y cuando lo hizo empezó a marcar alertas de virus de manera constante por lo que traté de restaurarla y me fue imposible. Por lo que se tuvo que hacer la devolución con algunos datos personalesâ¦
