The surface tablet was in great almost-new condition. They keyboard’s ‘enter’ key was broken off when it arrived unfortunately. They shipped a replacement out asap. Even with the issue with the keyboard I would still recommend buying from IT5050.

I should say I love this surface. Its really functionally and practice to go out. Its a pc, tablet, ebook, work station and more, anywhere that you go. The condition is like New and it come with charger and keyboard too. I love can do all that you like in everywhere.

Excellent Renewed Product
The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 I ordered arrived quickly and looks brand new. Setup was a breeze (Microsoft) and it works great. I figured I would get a product that had some scratches/dents, but this thing looks like it’s never been used. As a prior Pro 4 owner, I knew what I was buying. This thing is light, can work as a laptop or a tablet, and has plenty of oomph for schoolwork and browsing the internet. 10 out of 10.

i got this because my old laptop broke and ordered this to replace iteven though it only has 4 gigs of ram it still feels really snappy due to it being relativity fast (1867 MHz)the cpu on this is really fast and could probably due some light photo or video editing (the cpu is a i5-6300U clocked to 2.40GHz)it came with every thing i need; keyboard, charger, and pen (mine came with a 3rd party pen from novision)

Can’t be any better for the price paid! Unit arrived in original box and it was in a mint condition. Original keyboard was included , pen was missing. Battery performance is good (5-6 hours of work) Can’t recommend the seller high enough!

Battery is poor and slow system.
I was surprised with a pen included in the package. description didnât say it came with one so I bought another, now I got two. But thatâs ok. Product came on time and work, however, itâs super slow. Battery only last like 2-3 hours thatâs it(watching videos). It lags and shuts down programs constantly; I use it for small video editing on shotcut and drawings on illustrator and web surfing. Overall itâs ok product for video streaming and web surfing. I wouldnât buy for anything else unless itâs the newer versions which most likely can handle anything.
