This felt like it was brand new. Had zero issues with it! Worked as a laptop for school as long as it had the attachable keyboard. Best investment for nursing school.

The order of this refurbished Surface Pro 6 exceeded my expectations. The Surface Pro 6 that I ordered was listed as acceptable. I expected it to arrive with the paint chipped, dents and scratched up. The Surface Pro 6 arrived looking flawless, the only thing this had was a single scratch on the screen. The scratch is not noticeable. The only reason I noticed the scratch is because I was looking for why they labeled this refurbished Surface Pro acceptable.I have not had any freezing issues or anything negative to say about this Surface. I am able to run Linux VM’s on it with no issues. All actions are snappy and highly responsive. Videos and pictures look gorgeous. I rate this purchase a 10 out of 10. I am more then satisfied with this purchased.on this tablet.

Corrupted drivers.
It is disappointing to wait for over 7 days dor a product, jut to realize is less than the excellent condition that was advertised and paid for. Had to reach out to Microsoft support to get some of the hardware to work and find out the files and drivers were corrupted.-After deciding to return the item due to not in the conditions advertised. Now the item has gone on a tour (from warehouse to warehouse) and still not refund to be able to re purchased the item.

This surface pro 6 is truly in excellent condition.
I bought 2 of these renewed Surface Pro 6 tablets for my wife and I. They came packaged securely and there are no marks or scratches that I saw.One of the tablets was waiting for the tech to finish the system cleanup, with a dialog screen. So I had to select OK for it to finish, then I was able to do the initialization.I didn’t complete the Windows 10 Pro updates and downloaded the Microsoft PC health check app to verify the tablet meets the Windows 11 minimum requirements. Both has TPM 2.0.So I went ahead and the Windows 11 media creator to make a USB Windows 11 bootable installer.I had Windows 11 Pro installed on both tablets no time, without a single glitch.Looks awesome!

I was a bit skeptical about buying a second hand surface pro. I use one for work and fell in love with it. That’s why I wanted one for personal use. The shipping was delayed due to weather, but I was patient and I’m happy I didn’t cancel my order. My work surface pro is a 7+. I bought a 6 because of the cost and the fact that there was not a huge difference between models.That said, I don’t regret waiting a few more days, and I have updated the device to the more secure windows 11. I know that if I have issues with it, Amazon will facilitate a replacement in a timely manner. I recommend this product, and I recommend buying from this company.

Missing Accessories in Excellent Condition, Needed Reset
The product came in okay condition with about 76% battery life remaining. Some scratches around the edges where tools were used and other marks indicating wear. Seems more like a fair or good condition item.Itâs smaller than a 2020 IPad Pro, so quite a lot more portable.My particular Surface was missing its keyboard and pen, despite amazon labeling this device as âexcellentâ which amazon determines this item should have its pen and type cover-witness marks of both items are present on this device.Amazon renewed uses a dated reformatting system to wipe the product clean before shipping ârenewedâ which causes some issues. Firstly, it gets reformatted with tech for a windows PC, not a surface. This causes issues with the on screen keyboard not appearing (this can be counteracted in accessibility settings for a more difficult to use on screen keyboard) and long press right click being disabled.To remedy these issues, Microsoft has a guide for resetting surface devices using their files and a 16+GB USB drive. If you can format a hard drive and run settings, youâll do great.Otherwise, this little tablet/laptop is decent for school. Iâd recommend ensuring you have the budget for a keyboard cover and surface pen on top of this device.

This was my fist purchase from Amazo, I have no ideas why they let people sell this kind of products. It is a waist of money. Full of scratch, touch is not working properly, has software issues. Though I used it for half an hour, it seemed that the battery doesn’t last more than an hour. I signed it out and than tried to login again but was not working. Hopefully I could reset it to make it ready to return. Look at the charger??? Be careful not to be scammed

As a refurbished product we expected better. The device has marks and scratched on it that were not declared in the description. Will have to purchase new key board and cover for device.
