Very nice seams brand new just not the new price.
Came in factory box and all the accessories were the factory ones too!! My main use for it is for programming vehicles both manufacturers reflashing or aftermarket tuning. And it works great, plenty of power and battery life is awesome.

Don’t buy this product!
This computer failed after 20 hours of use and Amazon won’t refund my money because it is out of the 30-day return window. What a huge waste of money and a huge disappointment with Amazon! It is a waste of your money! I bought it or my photo booth company and used it for less than 20 hours. I know this because I only use it for events and that’s how many hours I worked events in that time period. That was over a few months so the return window had closed. There’a weird “boot configuration file” corruption of sone sort that popped up and stopped everything and there’s no way to get out of it. This seems to be a known problem- the Best Buy guy knew about it when I went in to buy another Surface Pro because I needed a replacement immediately, and it’s all over the Internet if you search for it. It will come back on and work for a bit after being turned off for a time but then the same thing happens and you’re stuck in the spiral and the computer is usable. Amazon is not standing by their A-Z guarantee policy and I am out $750 unless I want to spend time and money trying to get this issue fixed. Don’t waste your money on this ” renewed” product and end up with a big problem.

Usb c ports
UPDATE: Well, it turns out that the usb-c ports needed to be ‘reset’. Who knew?? I am glad I thought of Googling the behavior and found steps to reset them. Now, everything is working fine. I am so relieved! I would have loved one more port on the Surface Pro 9 – perhaps a regular USB port.———–Within 6 months of purchase and the (only two) usb c ports that come with this are flimsy and disconnect constantly. Makes the laptop useless with external devices, monitors, etc. very frustrated and dissappointed.

It was good for a week, then screen went out
It started randomly turning off after a week, didn’t think it was a problem, thought maybe it was some sort of power saving setting . Screen just went black, not a tech so don’t know. Someone said it may be the digitizer.

This was my first time buying a refurbished product, and I have to say, I am amazed by the quality. The Surface Pro 9 arrived in excellent condition, with no scratches or defects. It genuinely looks and feels like new, which exceeded my expectations for a refurbished device. I frequently draw and memorize schematics and do a lot of note-taking, and this device handles everything smoothly. OneNote is fantastic for organizing my notes and sketches, making my study sessions much more efficient.One thing to note, though, is that the keyboard and Slim Pen have to be purchased separately. Initially, this felt like a downside, but after using them, I can confidently say they are worth the extra cost. Both the keyboard and Slim Pen are excellent additions to the Surface Pro 9, enhancing its functionality and making it a complete package for both studying and creative work.Overall, I’m thrilled with the Surface Pro 9 and highly recommend it, especially if you’re looking for a versatile device for academic or creative purposes. I’ll update this review in a month or so to share more about my long-term experience!TLDR: First time buying refurbished, and the Surface Pro 9 exceeded my expectations—looks new with no defects.
