Such a good purchase!
This mac is AMAZING! I spent quite a bit of time looking on eBay and OfferUp for an older mac and finally decided to look on Amazon. So happy I found this one! Best specs for the price.Everything works like new. The 16gb RAM is so nice when you’re working on multiple applications at a time. Only the bottom of the keyboard and mouse look a bit used, the desktop its self is in fantastic condition and was packaged well. In fact, the only thing I don’t like about this purchase, is the Apple wireless keyboard and mouse. But that’s on Apple for the design and also an easy fix to buy a new set eventually.

Hard to get used too, but still a good deal
Like new condition. Came with everything, I had to look up how to do a lot of things. I’m used to the Microsoft system. However it’s exactly as advertised and came with power cord, a wireless apple mouse and wired apple keyboard. It is a SSD drive and therefor is a lot quicker than our old system. It was the cheapest I have found. More people went for the 5k display so this particular Mac is a pretty good ideal, because people underrated it. Types, great, can handle multiple applications at the same time with minimal slow down. I just can’t figure out how to cut and paste.

Computer is in pristine condition, without scratches, dents, etc. Computer specs are exactly what was described and I easily updated to OS Ventura. Very, very pleased. It came with an off-brand wired keyboard and mouse that work just fine, but I ordered Apple magic mouse and keyboard, because I prefer them, but it is nice to have spares. Most used iMacs, I looked at, didn’t even include a keyboard and mouse, so this is a great deal! I am posting this review the day after I received it and will update if I have problems and need tech support. I have used iMacs for 23 years, working in graphic design, and they are still the best desktop computer around (in my opinion). Seller is very trustworthy. Thanks, itreplay!

You are always taking a risk when buying a non-apple refurbished computer. However, I was pleasantly surprised by this unit. It is in excellent condition with a wireless Apple keyboard and mouse. After a month of use, I have not found one single issue. I’m very satisfied with its condition and performance.

To the team providing these iMacs: keep up the good work. You offer an earnest and updated product, a valuable rendition of an âolderâ computer. Just what you need when running multiple high CPU usage applications. Runs like a dream. I donât write many reviews but am on this occasion to show appreciation and help others find a solid purchase as this one. Due to someone elseâs review stating they didnât receive a keyboard or mouse, I purchased a 3rd party mouse and keyboard, only to find this refurbished iMac DOES in fact come with mouse, keyboard, and power cord in like-new condition (now I just have an extra set anyway, no big deal). Great work!

Item was delivered really fast, despite being close to July 4th Holiday weekend. Well packaged, great plastic protection. Was easy to setup, only issue was wireless mouse and keyboard were not paired to iMac so I had to recharge both before I could start up. iMac appears to be brand new, not a scratch. I am thrilled, a great desktop, at great price!

Computer looked like new
I got this 2017 renewed Mac to replace my 2009 Mac. The computer came very well packed and looked new. Contrary to other reviews I did receive both an Apple keyboard and mouse. So far everything advertised for this Mac has been true. I have found no problems with this product and am enjoying the extra speed surfing the internet and am finding all the goodies that come with a newer computer.
