Amazing
The laptop arrived on time, and when I unpacked it, it was in perfect condition. It works perfectly, and there are no dents, scratches, or defects. The only thing I didn’t like about the laptop was that when I checked the battery health, it was at 80%, and it was six years old, it still held a charge for up to 5 1/2 hours. Overall, it was an excellent choice.

Bought in “Excellent” condition and the battery doesn’t even work.
I bought this laptop listed under their “Excellent” refurbished condition. Once the laptop arrived I plugged it in and it powered on immediately. Upon powering on their was a critical error notification for the battery stating that it needed serviced. Then after some time went by I unplugged my MacBook from the charger to find it instantly power off. Plugged it back in and did some checks and the laptop only works with AC power (while plugged in) and the battery will not hold any kind of charge. I’m 100% disappointed because other than that everything is great. I’m a little livid because paying for “excellent” condition I would assume the battery would hold a charge for at least a half hour.

Not Good In General
Many thing are wrong with this, first of all I bought this in âexcellent conditionâ but when I received it was dirty and has a little dink in the corner. Then the battery life would die in the matter of 2 hours which is pretty bad because my phone takes longer to die and it has a tiny battery and after that it heats up really quickly to the point where hurt myself no joke, I left YouTube on for 30 min to go make my food came back and put on my lap and it was really hot. I tried for around 2-3 weeks and overall front think it worth it. The price is amazing just not the actual computer!
