I was very tentative about buying a “refurbished” 27″ imac. However, when the imac arrived it looked new, without a single blemish. Packaged well, easy to set up. Included was a NEW Apple wireless keyboard and NEW magic mouse. I’m happy that I received the exact computer that I ordered, and it arrived in excellent condition. In fairness, I can’t comment on tech support because I never needed to reach out to them. All good, working perfectly.

DON’T EVER BY A RENEWED ELECTRONIC ITEM FROM AMAZON
If I could have given this product NO STARS I would haveI PURCHASED A Mid 2020 Apple iMac with 3.8GHz 8 Core 10th Gen Intel Core i7 (27 inch Retina 5K, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD) that DID NOT say renewed or refurbished in the description. I notice when I go on now it has, it is in the title. I spent $300 have a computer tech come out and transfer everything from from other computer to my new one. It worked one week before it went completely black and would not turn on. What a hassle !! Thank goodness I saved the original packaging and it weighed a-lot. I had to repackage and I had to cart in to the UPS store. I will NEVER buy an electronic item from Amazon again, renewed or not! I am on my way to a computer store to purchase another computer and then pay some else AGAIN to set it up .

Looks brand new
Not a scratch, came with Apple magic keyboard and mouse, video card advertised as 4gb, has 8. Added 64 gb ram and the thing smokes. Very pleased.

Mixed reviews on delivered product. No customer support
Received a well-packed use mid 2020 27″ iMac. Screen was in good condition. Chassis has a few scratches around it. The first thing I noticed was the rear RAM door cover was missing. Second thing was the “magic keyboard and mouse” were replaced with a brand new wired off-brand replacement keyboard and mouse. Another key point is the unit has a build to order serial number and deviated from the product description. My unit has a 10th Gen i9 3.6Ghz CPU, but it only has the base Radeon Pro 5300 4GB video card.I attempted to contact the support via email as indicated on the piece of paper included with the device. I still have not received any response (2+ weeks).The unit did power on and booted to the Sonoma 14.4 setup.

Renewed works as good as new
I was a bit worried when I bought a refurbished one but I have no complaint. The price was 100 more than Apple refurbished. I put more RAM into it and itâs working very well. I loved this 27incb form factor so this being the last one of its kind, itâs definitely a good choice.
