Just Buy It!
This company and their computers are EXCELLENT!I bought this little mini pc to mount on the back of our new $450 LG monitor and can hardly believe how great it is! Perfect actually. Super speedy, plenty of RAM and I’ll likely never fill the 1 TB hard drive.Also, about their customer support . . .The aforementioned LG monitor has a 90 watt USB type C power supply which I figured would run the pc. However, it’s not adequate and killed the pc which made me think the pc itself was bad. So, I sent a message to their CS to let them know about the problem. They replied the very next morning saying they’d replace it, no problem. So, I did a replacement return here on Amazon which was delivered the next day! (We’re in CA just a few hours from their west coast shipper.)I hooked up the new one directly to its own power supply and it fired right up. So, now I felt terrible about sending the first one back unnecessarily. Still trying to think of how to make up for that fail on my part . . .And here’s the kicker, we got ANOTHER free replacement in the mail from the CS rep I had originally messaged. They just sent it without asking for or requiring the first one got sent back to them. They did this on total trust! Who does that today? NOBODY that we’ve ran into for the last decade or so!And by the way, we bought one of their $500 17.3″ laptops before this (see pic) and it totally beats anything on the market for under $1,000! (And many other up to $2,000!) It actually replaced a year old $1,400 HP 17.3 that died a week out of warranty.This company and their computers are rock solid! I think they’re a little understaffed due to being busier than expected but they’ll take care of you with no BS and that’s worth all the praise in my book.Thank you guys, we’re loving both of your PCs and are telling everyone we know about you!!!

Excellent little computer.
I bought this to replace an aging desktop behemoth that was giving me all sorts of trouble. While this isn’t a speed demon and isn’t suitable for gaming or heavy data processing it works great for everyday home use.My typical session involves running my 3d printer and related software, Using Microsoft Office and of course web browsing. I’ve had no issues with any of those activity. I am pleased with the small footprint, silent operation and low power consumption.On the downside, there are no mechanical disk drives so installing software from CDs is out of the question unless you buy a USB drive. I connected a 1GB SSD through a USB adapter and it works flawlessly.I gave it 5 stars for value for the price.

I’m beside myself on this. I had a tower, core i7 etc, and had to replace. This is as good or better. I can’t tell any difference. Service not so good. Called, both options are a single same persons cell phone and never received a call back. Solved my problem myself eventually. Just waiting to see if it lasts. I would recommend it

Got this on deal for a little over a hundred bucks..
… it beats every other so called SBC boards out there that cost nearly as this mini PC but it comes with 1 TB Nvme drive, 4 core 4 threads CPU and 16 GB DDR4 RAM. Hands down one of the best mini PCs out there for the cost, Raspberry Pi doesn’t even come near to it when it comes to performance. I got this, I installed Zorin Pro over the existing Windows partition and so far I have been able to work everything out including windows application and games with Bottles app that is out there for Linux where magic like this happens (forget about WINE). I mainly plan to remote into my company’s VPN through RDP and so far it worked great. For some reason, the bluetooth didn’t work (blame is on Linux kernel, not on this PC) but I had other BT USB adapter laying around and it worked great with my BT keyboard and mouse. Highly Recommended

This is a great computer for you at home
Just like all of the 5 star reviews, I am really impressed with this unit. When you connect a keyboard, mouse and monitor and turn the power on, installation begins. You are walked through the entire installation process.Be prepared for quite a few Windows 11 updates. and several restarts. When it’s through, you’ll have a fully operational windows 11 system up and running.The only operation I didn’t like was being forced into using Windows Hello plus a code for signing into your system. But I easily changed my profile back to using a password and bypassing the Windows Hello.Great job on building this compact PC!
