Absolute Garbage
This is a piece of junk and that is being generous.The leg rest level is installed backwards. I have seen several reviews about this since purchasing so it seems it’s a design flaw.The heast function doesn’t work. Pretend it just doesn’t exist.The speakers are gristly. Unbearable to listen to the sound is so broken.Massage? No glitchy vibrations. The base offers no buffer so everything around you vibrates and makes a terrible sound as it rubs on the floor.The lever for back recline does not press smoothly and jostles you aroundStill the worst past about it is the actual seat. The knows for the vibrations jab up into the back rest, seat, and leg rest. Constant metal prongs poking you in the back while sitting on it. There is no padding between the prongs and the outter cover. It’s literally unbearable to sit in for more than a couple minutes.Trying to return it has been a nightmare. Amazon has not made this easy in anyway and the manufacturer nor seller can be reached.Save yourself the time and hassle.

Donât waste your time
Ok first product was missing a part, 2nd reclining handle installed backwards. But most importantly this company monibloom HAS NO CUSTONER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER they wonât even give you one – I asked via email and the just ignore that request. Tried their email only service but it takes a full day to hear back on simple questions like â helloâ I need helpâ canât stress enough how pathetic their customer service was/is. I donât buy this chair itâs nothing but a nightmare and then you have to take it apart and send it back.

Easy to assemble
The chair was easy to assemble. Everything regarding the chair works accordingly. I have two issues regarding the chair. One, the box it came in was damaged and definitely not shipped with care. Second, the chair is very stiff to sit in and not forgiving on the back. Iâm hoping that the chair will eventually âbreak-inâ with more use over time.

Comfortable
I bought this to work at my desk at home. I have a bad back and my legs and feet swell while seated all day. The heat and massage in this chair has been such a relief. I think I like the support below my knees as much as the massage feature. I had purchased a different chair last year that supported my calves but left my feet and knees unsupported and when you sit for long periods of time you need that support.

don’t do it – you will regret it
I don’t know how much you have to send to get durability and quality but apparently this is not enough.Put it all together, sat in it 2 nights, took it all apart, boxed it back up and made Amazon come and get it.Not comfortable, flimsy build and certainly wouldn’t last a week in my house before it was falling apart.BT speakers sound like garbage, massager is terrible, and materials super thin. Plus it slid like ice on my hard wood floors.God’s prayers if you buy this.

Not worth the money!!!
This chair is large and was comfy for the first 2 months. Now the massage rollers are constantly stabbing me in the back, the cup holders are a pain if I cross my legs in the chair because they don’t sit IN the rests. The Bluetooth feature never worked for me since day 1 and I REALLY wish this chair had wheels and was height adjustable to get it out of the way easier. Also needs a lumbar pillow to be considered comfy.
