The phone came with no Stylus. So I have a Moto Stylus -the stylus. The phone freezes up often and becomes unresponsive to you h for sometimes up to 39 seconds or more. The phone is garbage, and that’s where it’ll go when I replace it.

It is advertised as an “unlocked” phone, yet Cricket said I would could only use it with a Verizon plan. This is disappointing; I will be returning this product for a refund.

I had the same experience reported by Chase R. I couldn’t use the phone because it needed prior owners pin number. Clearly the company did not try to use the phone, although they may have turned it on to verify that it was breathing.
