I cannot say good or bad.
I was looking a lot of different laptops. I have a habit of putting all the ones I want to research some more in my cart, while I compare. My laptop had quit and I was searching for a replacement. I had it narrowed down to this one. Meanwhile I was working on mine I use to do computer repair and was pretty good at it, but not so much on laptops. I did find that my power port was bad, but also the charger. Sad to say that I had another charger that was bad as well. I ordered repair parts thru Amazon to try first. I had forgotten to take the laptop I had put in cart out. I wound up with a rather expensive order I didn’t catch since it was on a MasterCard. Parts came in and fixed my old laptop, also the new laptop. Really nice laptop too was tempted to just keep it anyway. Considering the price the return went smoothly. I put it back in my ‘buy later’ list and if my laptop goes out, I will get this one again.

These laptop is just amazing except that the battery doesn’t last really long a part of that it support my graphic designer and architecture programs pretty well, this new version of MSI just need to be cool down with a button to activate the fans and it turns good, but I like more the last version cause you didn’t need to do that.

NOT SOLD BY MSI through amazon / Warranty no good
I purchased this from Amazon and the laptop worked great. Until it wouldn’t turn on at all. MSI has a 1 year warranty from authorized dealers…. which Amazon is. But this was apparently sold by a third party through Amazon. So the warranty is no good. This is absolutely absurd. Amazon definitely screwed up on this. Don’t allow third part sellers to trick buyers into this. Now I’ve got a 1800 dollar paperweight that should have had a warranty. Thanks amazon….

Great laptop,
I received the laptop two days after I purchased it, fast and with not problems, the laptop is beautiful, I been using MSI since 2016, only have problems with one, this is my third one, but this one is a keeper, very well made, very updated and up on top of the line. I will post more later as I get used to my new laptop.
