Dead motherboard
Complete waste of time. I installed the motherboard it to turn on and not boot with a red cpu light on. Tested different cpu and parts. Lastly did a flash bios with same results. Wasted my morning.

La board Funciona correctamente al parecer…
Me gustó que estuviera como nueva y funcionara pero no me gustó que viniera faltandole partes. Esta vino sin parte del soporte para el disipador, me tocó ensayar la board sin poder instalar el disipador. (Cuando me lleguén los modulos ram actualizaré mi reseña)

They delivered on what was promised….early.
I was skeptical buying a refurbished motherboard, especially after having to return a new, but much lesser quality motherboard. Everything they claimed was/is true. The contents were all there, the board is in fantastic shape, and has been running good in my system for a week and a ½. All of the voltage and temperature data that I can see from this board tells me I won’t have any problems in the foreseeable future. I feel like I got a sweet deal, on an MSI MAG Tomahawk B550 gaming motherboard, and I did. Thank you seller! You completed me.

Bit disappointed
At first I didnât realize it was a refurbished mobo. A new one is only a few dollars more. So when i opened the shipping box to see a big refurbished sticker I was surprised then I looked at my order and saw it said refurbished But anyway i figured Iâd try it out,Package was sealed nicely, came with m.2 screws, a dvd and the two sata cables, I inspected the mobo for wear or tare found nothing so i installed. After installing in pc and just hooking up mouse and keyboard the pc booted. I was shocked and happy. Everything felt great but then the disappointmentI plugged in my usb speaker,my usb headset, my usb sim wheel, my usb handbrake to learn only 3 outta the 5 usb ports on the back actually work. And none of the front io work. I unplugged all usbs even mouse and keyboard. Move mouse to every port (has led so easy sign to tell if itâs working) nope outta the 7 total usb ports (5 on mono, 2 on front header) only 3 on the mobo work. Did a pc reboot , and same thing. Looked over all my wiring and tested again same thing. Figured not mess with it anymore just to box it up and send it back. Gonna just spend the bit more on a brand new one

Where are the screws/ instructions
Im distraught with the quality of the MSI product. I am severely disappointed in this companyâs inability to provide me with the adequate materials to properly install my motherboard’s. There were no screws or instructions, included with the product.

Basically a new motherboard
Board came with all the screws, sata cables and packaging expected of a new motherboard. Was in perfect condition and saved me some money buying a new one.
