Very comfortable! Excellent customer service!
I love the mesh back chairs. They keep your back from getting sweaty and are comfortable. We had an issue with the back of the chair we ordered. It loomed like the mesh came loose. Im not sure how or when. I started a refund, then canceled it. I just figured we would deal with it instead of having to ship the chair back, and the mesh netting wasn’t loose enough to cause an issue at the time. The seller, Neo Chair, contacted us shortly after asking if we could send some photos of the issue with the chair. I sent the photos without the expectation of anything being done about it. The chair was roughly $30. It’s hard to beat that. The seller asked if them sending us a replacement chair back would satisfy us. Wr told them that was perfect. They shipped the chair back and we received it a few days later. They were so quick to make things right. It was shocking to deal with customer service that was friendly, helpful and resolved the issue in such a short amount of time. I will be purchasing from them in the future as well. I would suggest anyone else do the same, of you want a quality chair as well as piece of mind if something does happen.

Decent chair
It was somewhat of a challenge to assemble only towards the end. The first few parts are easy, but it’s hard to get the back on because of the angle, but it does come with all the necessary tools to assemble it and also included extra bolts and washers just in case. Looks nice in my home office! The only thing that I personally found to be a negative for me besides getting the back of the chair put on is that the arms on the chair do sometimes make my legs hurt. If you need a wider seat, this one might not be the best one for you. Overall though, it’s sturdy and was a good deal for the price (got it when it was half off). I would not buy it when it was $80 though—just seems too expensive for it.
