Nice looking chair for my secretary. She said she likes it but it doesn’t provide enough cushion underneath her. Needs better or thicker foam padding. It is an attractive and professional looking chair for an office or home office at an excellent price, especially with free Prime shipping. The ability to raise the arm is useful for someone who has to get up and down frequently. Assembly was a tad tedious with all the screws, but could be done easy enough in about 15 minutes with the hex wrench provided. Would have given it 5 stars but for the butt.

Pretty simple to put together and my wide hipped wife fits in it. She sits in it for hours without complaining of a sore butt. She’s 315lbs and the chair doesn’t complain.
