    Thank You, OneOdio!!
These are fantastic!! I’m a big fan of headphones that give a solid reproduction of bass, but at the same time deliver the mids and highs clearly without being suffocated from the bass tones or overshadowed by the rumbles. Wow! OneOdio has me sold with the A5’s!First, the design of these – though nothing over the top – is pretty straightforward. I like how the headphones are connected to the headband by a cylindrical, gold rod. It adds a little variance to the design. And yes, it’s the typical “adjust the earcup position from the headband” feature, but there’s not a lot of ways to get around that. But what’s cool is how the side of the earcups look like a vinyl record.Speaking of the headband, it’s comfortable. It’s wide enough to cover the top of your head, so don’t expect the cushion band to reach from earcup to earcup as you might find a few other brands. It doesn’t take away from the comfort of the headphone, but did want to point it out. Now, on to the music. These are suh-weet. They connected not problem and amazed me from the jump. I usually test sound/volume by reducing the volume of my system to a lower volume and then building up from there. When I tell you that I could start depicting strong tones at 30%, I’m not joking. I technically could have stopped at 40%; there was really good sound, present bass, and clarity between the tones there. But I reached up to 50% just to see if some things would start to give. They were wonderful. The bass was powerful. Kickers kicked, rumbles rumbled, and none of it seemed to overshadow the mid/upper tones. These things are amazing.I’ve reviewed several headphones, but these have got to be in my top 3. They sound amazing, have a great battery life, and don’t even really require the ANC to be activated. The circumaural design does very well to produce the sound you’re wanting to hear without the ANC. If you’re looking for a great pair of headphones, don’t pass these up!!

    Good Bluetooth Noise Canceling Headphones
Overall a good pair of headphones, but not perfect. They look like a quality build and are very comfortable. Soft padding is big enough to fully cover the ear – although that large size makes them less compact, but the earpieces swivel so you can lay it flatter and that helps. Sound is very good. Wish it could go louder but that is my usual complaint with headphones and they are probably sparing me ear damage. 🙂 The ANC (Active Noise Canceling) operation is a little different from what the manual says. The manual talks about a “transparency mode” and an “AI-Based Adaptive Noise Canceling Mode” but all I get is ANC on, ANC off and this “Ambient Sound Mode” which is ANC off with a light static sound. Don’t know what is up with that. As far as the standard ANC goes, it is good but not great. It totally blocks out a fan I have running, but I can still hear the TV. And I don’t like the absence of indicator lights. There is a Bluetooth pairing light and a charge light but no “on” light and the charge light just goes out when it is charged (not to a green light). However, there is an audible on and off (voice in the headphones) as well as audible confirmations of ANC mode. Packaging and documentation are very good.

High performance at a great price
I ordered these OneOdio A5 Hybrid Active Noise-Cancelling Headphones to get the convenience of bluetooth without giving up too much of the technical advantages of my wired headphones. OneOdio has done an impressive job.The build quality is very good for the price point. Plastic and metal are used appropriately. The headphones look good and feel good. The adjustable headband has positive click stops that preserve my preferred adjustments. The cushions are soft and neither cold nor hot, even after hours of use. The fit pressure is neither too tight nor too lose. Bottom line, they stay where I want them whether I am sitting, walking around or lying down. I have pretty good earbuds with aftermarket eartips, but these headphones fit and feel better. The sound quality is excellent. If a recording has a strong bass line and a phat beat, then I hear them well. Highs are clear. The mid range is slightly recessed. The overall mix is very detailed and pleasing, especially at higher volumes. When I want to feel the beat without introducing distortion, these headphones deliver.Due to the very comfortable fit and excellent audio performance, the listening experience can be immersive. I get detailed, high-quality audio without distractions related to fit and feel.Battery life is very impressive. I still have a 60% charge after many hours of use. OneOdio did a good job of combining the energy efficiency of bluetooth 5.4 with a battery that holds a charge a long time. I also like the range which lets me roam my single storey house without dropouts.I had no problem pairing with an Android phone and a Windows laptop. My phone is a Sony, and I’ve had no problem with LDAC support. I haven’t used the headphones for voice calls. I don’t need ANC around the house, but it will be nice to have for trips. There’s a learning curve with the buttons that’s not too steep. In general I don’t like multi-function buttons and buttons that must be pressed and held instead of responding instantly. This is a very minor gripe compared to the otherwise great feature set for such a modest cost.

First up, the bad: I don’t think you could call this noise cancelling so much as noise reducing. You can still hear most things, even when it’s on its highest setting. BUT it does reduce the noise around you, and if you like your music loud like I do then you probably won’t hear it anyway. And these headphones will go very loud if you want them to! If you’re looking for some headphones that’ll give you quiet music with nothing but silence in the background, though, you might need to look elsewhere. The noise cancelling is OK, just not as good as more expensive headphones. Now on to the good: The sound quality is awesome, especially if you’re a fan of bass like I am. There’s a lot of bass in these headphones – more than I expected there to be and it was a nice surprise because it’s set up mostly for bass and high end with a bit of a flat middle (exactly how I set up graphic equalizers). It sounds really good and they’ll go as loud as you could ever need them to.Connection is really easy – I’ve Bluetooth connected into them from three different devices now (mp3 player, phone and smart TV) and each time the headphones just appeared in the list of new devices to pair then paired immediately with no issues. Distance seems pretty acceptable. I’m able to use my mp3 player all around the main floor of my house with no loss of signal although that may vary depending on the device I guess. It works well for me, anyway. The fit around my ears is really good – they don’t seem to go *too* hot wearing them for a long time, either.Build quality is good – they feel nice and solid and they look quality too. There are metal connectors between the speakers and the part that goes over your head, so I would think they’re going to last much longer than headphones that would use plastic there so that’s another bonus. The box looked nice when it arrived (although I’m not a fan of the cheap white plastic inside it to be completely honest it would look slicker if it was a dark colour, card or foam instead) so you could give these as a give and the receiver would probably be impressed on seeing the box.I’m really glad I picked these up. I had some cheap ones that felt all plastic and cheap, but these are a nice quality feeling replacement for them.At time of writing this, these headphones are priced at CAD $99.99 with a $20 off coupon. I think this is a good price – excellent battery time, great sound quality and nice build.

OverallThe OneOdio headphones combine comfort, sound quality, and stylish design, making them an appealing choice for casual listeners and music enthusiasts alike. With deep bass performance and an eye-catching brass and black colour scheme, these headphones are well-suited for long listening sessions. However, the noise reduction feature slightly affects audio clarity, so it’s best reserved for particularly noisy settings.Packaging and SetupThe headphones arrive in a sleek, gift-ready box, complete with instructions and a charging cable. Conveniently, the headset came fully charged, allowing for immediate use right out of the box.Performance and ExperienceThe soft, over-ear cushions and adjustable headband make for a comfortable fit that accommodates a range of head sizes. I tested the sound quality across various songs to gauge its full range:Pigs (Three Different Ones) – Pink FloydUninvited – Alanis MorissetteCrime of the Century – SupertrampDark – WesGhostMore Than a Feeling – BostonWhole Lotta Love – Led ZeppelinBaba O’Riley – The WhoWalk That Walk – Dorrough MusicWow – Post MaloneThe bass performance stood out, delivering deep and rich tones, while high notes were clear and distortion-free, even at higher volumes. The overall sound quality was crisp and enjoyable, but it diminished noticeably with noise reduction enabled. The bass lost its richness, and the clarity suffered, so I’d recommend turning off noise reduction for the best listening experience unless you’re in a very noisy environment. For calls, the switch to the caller was seamless, although the person on the other end noted a slight “speakerphone effect.” Despite this, call quality was stable without any dropouts.OptionsAvailable in a modern brass and black colour scheme that adds a touch of sophistication to the design.ProsImpressive bass performanceComfortable, with an adjustable headband and soft cushioningFully charged and ready to use out of the boxStylish brass and black designConsNoise reduction affects sound qualityA slight “speakerphone effect” was reported by callersMy Testing & Rating Approach:I spend at least one week testing each product to ensure I can give a genuine, real-life assessment. 7. Testing Times

I have been really pleased with these OneOdio Focus A5 Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling Headphones. After testing many low and high-end headphones I can say the sound quality is great for this price bracket.I do have some really good quality earphones for out and about, but for home or traveling use nothing really beats the comfort of over the ear headphones in my personal opinion. The sound quality is very good for wireless headphones, with deep lows and excellent highs; these are bass heavy but this doesn’t affect clarity of the high frequencies. On some albums I did have to reduce the bass frequencies coming from my DAP and S24 Ultra, mainly due to my older ears, unlike when I was younger and really enjoyed a thumping bass. I did notice that when enabling LDAC on my S24 Ultra it does make a difference to the clarity of the headphone sound, just a little cleaner/sharper, this I found was especially good if listening to a high-quality classical track. On to the active noise cancellation, I found this to not be the strongest. It does reduce most background somewhat, but not as much as some headphones I have tested in the same price bracket. The active noise cancellation is still good enough for most situations. With Bluetooth 5.4 the connection to my devices has been stellar, being quick and stable, and with no disconnections even when walking around the garden with the phone in the house. When receiving calls over the headphones the sound has been very good, and I have been told that the sound the other end has been clear but a little quiet. These headphones have a 600mAh lithium battery, and although not the largest it still offers up to near 75 hours of use without ANC and near 45 Hours with. The internal battery is recharged using the USB C port, and comes supplied with a short USB A to USB C charging cable. The build quality is excellent for this price bracket, and the soft earpads are very comfortable even when using for longer periods, they do make my ears a little warm though.Overall, the sound and comfort of these wireless headphones is great, and with very good battery life they are a good allrounders.I hope you find my review useful and helpful

    Bluetooth5.4 LDACなのでお試しにと思い購入。
