handheld ringer volume is not very loud
Hand held ringer is not very loud. We are using this in our Lodge, and if the music is playing and people are talking it is very hard to hear. Do like the main base, it is in the office. Also liked the fact that you can have several handhelds (we have 3).

Much easier to install than the ATT models, tone quality is poor and difficult to hear on.Frequently freezes and you have to take the battery out to let it reset. Most annoying is when you are on the phone and a new call comes in, it will beep in your ear that there is a call waiting. I cuts out 3 or 4 words in a conversation. Have been unable to correct using on line help or by using instruction booklet. Would not buy again

The phone is very element, light weight and clear sound. We have brought this Panasonic phones for our business use. However, it does not last a long time. We had to buy every three to four years for the base and almost every year for the cordless phone. The cordless phone is easily broken and the LCD screen can’t display well after a year. Not sure why the recharger does not work because the cordless phone can suddenly out of power or shut off the screen. Also, the user manual is difficult to read. I had to go the web site to download the manually and figured out how to set up voice mails. I had to call and then email the question about how to reconnect the six cordless phone. The phone line was no one to support and eventually I got an email with an instruction for what I asked for. Please improve the customer service and the quality of the cordless phone.

Panasonic phones have done well for us in the past, and so far this is no exception.

After 4 months of use, 2 of wireless phones are not working, I’ve been in contact back and forth with Panasonic and nothing of what they told me to do works. I told want to get the phone replace because apparently it has 1 year warranty and always told to do something else and they don’t want to replace the phone. The screen doesn’t work and 1 out of 3 of the base works to charge the phone. I can’t see caller ID or see when it is running out of battery. I wasted $260 that I paid for the phone .
