Good experience with this phone
Overall, the phone does a good job on increasing the volume which helps a lot. I believe the clarity could be improved, but it works pretty well. It is great having the volume where you need it when first answering a call. The slowing the speaking button doesn’t have any effect that I can determine, but it works fine as it is.

The second phone didn’t work.
The Customer Support site for Panasonic sent me to a site called Ask Crew I had to pay for which was not helpful at all.

Concerned about second receiver
Desperately need this phone for aging parents; love the ability to boost the volume. But- have only used the phone for a week and the second receiver will not hold a charge; goes dead after about 15 seconds of use. Have already ordered new rechargeable batteries; hope that fixes the problem.

No Echo with OOMA
My last Panasonic telephone set had a lot of problems with OOMA, especially echoes. I discovered it was due to the hand sets. SO, this model appeared to be better equipped to not have that problem. The only time there was a slight echo was when I was in the yard a far away from the base station, thee was a slight echo.
