This CF-31 Mk3 is a thing of beauty, highest quality, and clean, plus it runs smooth as silk. The touchscreen and touchpad are just the right amount of sensitive, the keys work perfectly and without error, each of the ports still have their snug fit, and the Software is WAY better than I ever wouldve expected from a Toughbook. Each of the features in the description were absolutely accurate, present, and up to spec. And one cannot dream of finding a better value for the money on quality, durable products like this ANYWHERE else.But the real treasure here, is the Seller: TonerW and his associates are, quite simply, the best thing to ever happen to Amazon. We dealt in good faith, FedEx had a problem, and TonerW reached out to me and worked personally to solve the problem. They just wouldnt give up until we had both found a solution. The CF-31 can interface with any system in any environment that you would need or want it to do so. It is an easily customizable system with darn near limitless potential, and that’s just the internal hardware. I’ve added a Bluetoth(5.0) USB dongle, a WebCam, a SIM Card(4G LTE, remember!), SD Card, and USB Ext Thumb Drive, all without any issues. It runs fast, smooth, and pretty quiet. I’ve had it in 115 degree AZ heat and High Desert freeze, and it never lost a beat. It is a heavy, reliable, amazing computer, I figured if I needed a laptop for something, I might as well get something that would last. Go for a Toughbook, and get yours from Seller: TonerW.

THIS ARRIVED IN THE BEST PACKAGING I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM ANY COMPUTER COMPANY–NEW OR USED. I’VE SAVED THE PACKAGING IN CASE I NEED TO SEND SOMETHING FRAGILE. APPEARANCE AND OPERATION ARE ESSENTIALLY EXCELLENT SO FAR. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO BUY AGAIN FROM THEM. ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY SEND USPS. NOW ALL I HAVE TO DO IS LEARN HOW TO USE W10 AND I WILL BE SET TO GO.

Tech support sucks
Chatted with tech support. Got a link to resolve problem with DVD.(supposed to be checked as working as part of referbishment).link tells me to check to see if the DVD is working.I PURSUED HELP BECAUSE IT IS NOT WORKING. It further suggests that I should check the optical drive. How could a consumer do this. BOTTOM LINE, I MUST PAY A QUALIFIED COMPUTER TECH TO MAKE REPAIRS. AMAZON IS A JOKE!

Love the quality and durability of this thing. Completely at ease throwing it around as just another tool, basically. I do wish the screen was higher resolution, but it’s completely usable for my application as a shop, vehicle and boat diagnostic tool. It’s exactly what I needed and the seller did a great job. Even got lucky with an ultra low hours machine, which was a very happy surprise.

The Toughbook is a tank of a computer, well made!!
I replaced my desktop computer with the tough book. The tough book is a tank! I am highly pleased with it. It arrived in top shape and clean as a whistle. If you buy a tough book don’t think it has speech recognition, a high resolution screen or excellent speaker. It’s very heavy and thick which I expected. It’s nothing like the sleek look or thinness of Apple products. But I love well-built computers the hard drive can be removed by opening a small door and the battery can be removed by opening another door. It has virtually any port you can think of. Very pleased!
