My monitor shows No Signal then goes into power saving mode. How do I fix this?

Cute color, clear quality, does the job
The monitor is very easy to assemble. I LOVE the beige color!! Very pretty monitor. The quality is so clear as well. Compared to my old monitor, the quality is soooo nice. Didnât test the speakers because Iâm using a headset anyways.Overall, a pretty straightforward monitor with clear and bright quality. Played a simple game of tft and it was really smooth.

Keep the box for warranty
I have never left a review on Amazon but after this experience Iâm pissed. I bought this monitor loving the color and everything. It worked great until 6 months in. Now there are lines across the top that have gotten worse over time. I have tried everything to fix it in settings and couldnât fix it. I reach out to costumer service because I have the 3 year warranty. They are only open 8-5 Monday thru Friday by EMAIL only. So that was frustrating waiting for a response each day. At the end of all of the emails they couldnât help at all because we did not keep the giant box that it came with. Apparently you have to keep the box and everything inside of it in order to use the warranty. AND it said in the email that it wasnât guaranteed that if we send it to them that pixio would even be able to fix the issue or give us a new product. The warranty ONLY covers factory defects which canât be proven that it wasnât an accidental thing. Which it wasnât because it has sat on my table for 6 months and hasnât had any sort of accident. Literally worthless. I had to buy the monitor arm because the stand was way too big. It was way too much money overall for the thing to crap out in 6 months!! Either donât buy this cheap product or keep the box and hope they consider the issue is factory defects.

Wanted to love it 🙁
I wanted to love this monitor so so bad! When it worked, it was great. The pink frame is adorable, nice picture quality, I had no issue with how it performed at all. Unfortunately this did not last long.Just around two to three weeks after my purchase it just died. No warning, no understandable reason, just dead. I obviously did all the troubleshooting things and nothing worked, it just kicked the bucket immediately.Iâm so sad this happened, I was so excited for this and now Iâm currently looking for a replacement monitor. Would recommend if it was still working.

GREAT MONITOR!!! (And cuteâ¤ï¸)
My hobby is a video editing. This, it is quite obvious that color scheme is one of the most important part of any project that I work on. I am amazed by the resolution graphics of this monitor. Absolutely did not expect to this high quality. I could work on details of segments and when shown on actual screen, it looks just like how I edited (which is a HUGE part of video editing). The size of the monitor was perfect as I donât have much space on my desk. I thought tilt angle would be a bit annoying but it didnât impact in anyway! Will keep this forever and would love to upgrade to next Pixio if needed 🙂

This was a HUGE upgrade from my old monitor (one on the right) and I instantly saw a difference in quality. My old one was okay, I think 60hz, but this one is so much smoother! I absolutely love it and so far, has had no complications. Setting up was super easy too, all you do is snap it in place and connect. The pink is also such a cute shade and the colours seem so much brighter. Since I have them side by side, I can spot out the differences pretty easily, like how I never noticed my old one had such a yellow hue/tint to it. I had some friends try it out too, and they’ve already been thinking of purchasing for their next paycheck!
