A good litte phone!
My husband is from the stone age, and the flip phone is all he can handle. I liked the little noise it made while setting up – and it was pretty straightforward. BUT I did have to return it – it was not able to do VOIP. I live where there is not cell service, Yay! STARLINK, but I definitely only need a phone that can work over the internet.

Doesn’t always work
I bought this phone to use with Consumer Cellular. Found that it doesn’t ALWAYS work. Many times I can’t make a call out and calls do not come in. I called Consumer Celluar and they told me how to add another configuration to get this phone to work and there is still lost calls. I called to my cell from a landline and the call just goes to Voicemail when its on. Also, I was at Supermarket and I could not make any call. I have called from a previous cell phone before without any problems. I found I would have to restart the phone after turning it off for over 5 minutes. Never had this issue with ANY other phone before. I DO NOT RECOOMEND BUYING THIS PHONE, ITS TERRIBLE

Button action is horrible/mic is fuzzy
It works. The action of the buttons is NOT smooth. Every time I have to press 1 for yes or whatever, no matter how careful I am, it essentially double-clicks, negating the response. I have deleted voicemail messages I haven’t listened to yet because of this. And the microphone is fuzzy. Every time I’m trying to speak with a Voice Recognition System, it can’t understand me. Holding the phone awkwardly horizontal helps a little. Speaking in as deep a tone as I can get helps a little. I end up repeating calls and getting through whatever the call is for on sheer luck. I cannot recommend this phone. I bought it as the cheaper option by $50 when I had to get a new flip-phone. I wish I’d spent the money.

Works well, feels sturdy, long battery life
Good quality, great battery life, attractive, sturdy, good value for a non-smart 4G phone.I needed two 4G dumb phones because of new network requirements, I got a blue and a pink one of these, and these worked as soon as I put in my old SIM cards. The case is sturdy, feels good in one’s hand, the buttons are fairly large and easy to read.Although the directional keys are smaller than I like, and if you’re typing in a text and accidentally don’t land on a direction key, but hit another one accidentally, it will dump your entire text– and the texts are a bit of labor to write, even worse than my old dumb phone.Even though the size of fonts are easy to read throughout, it makes the list of messages a bit clunky large– and they don’t group by same sender, so you have to go through a long, long list of individual messages.The battery life is phenomenal compared to my old phone. But since I don’t want a large smart phone, and don’t use it much for texting, altogether it works well for a decent price.

Terrible quality flip phone-do not buy!
This phone feels like a toy, and the buttons make so much noise when pressed, which was so annoying when texting. I honestly would give this to my baby as a toy if it was way cheaper. Ended up returning it, was not worth it at all. Spend a bit more for better quality, its worth it

Good phone if you don’t want to text
I love the size and features if the Plum cell phone but the texting is a mess. The first time I texted worked fine but the next time the process had changed. At first -as an example- to type a “c” I hit the 2 key 3 times.But after that to get a “c” I had to hit the 2 button then cursor over to the “c” in a menu at the bottom of the screen and hit the OK button. The texting procedure was so unreliable that I quit using the phone after 2 days and it is sitting in a box.

I’ve been very pleased with my flip phone. I can buy minutes that last me forever, and I avoid monthly fees. For me, it’s perfect. I only want a cell phone for emergencies, and this fully meets my needs.
